- 4/29/22I went to just get a hair cut with shampoo and conditioner.I went in to salon,it was not busy at all.No one acted like they wanted to help me.The lady in the front did cut my hair but no shampoo or conditioner,just a spray bottle.She sprayed water all over my hair and it ran all down my face.She noted how dry my hair was because of a knot being in my hair,I apologized and told her I had just come from working out.She kept pulling on it and finally went to get some conditioner to spray on it.She tried selling me a small bottle of conditioner but it took me three attempts to get an answer about the price.My haircut should have included a shampoo and conditioner,which would have taken the knot out easily.I couldn't wait to get out of that salon. - 3/10/22First time in a while and if your a guy looking for any kind of fade Do Not go to the Chinese lady in the front she did a horrible job and I don’t even complain like that then when I tried to ask her to auctially fade it In a little bit atleast she has some excuse why she couldn’t do it. No only do they provide a great hair cut, but they provide an excellent experience. - 10/21/21First time I went I wanted a highlight touch up, the highlights were so uneven and not even up to my scalp. I was disappointed. Figured I would try one more time...Second time I went was just for a cut, a different women cut it and I knew before she was even halfway done that I was not going to be happy. This woman asked if I wanted layers and then gave me basically TWO layers...not LAYERING but TWO layers. So choppy. I felt I could have cut my own hair better at home. Won't be going back again for anything. - 3/26/21My daughter wanted to get her hair blown out for the first time. I called and made a 1 pm appointment. While on the phone that young woman asked if my daughter had "regular hair" I didn't know what that meant so I said yes. When we got there the lady looked at my daughter and said "oh no, I can't do that type of hair." My response, "what type of hair?" She looked away and said "Someone else needs to do her hair. I can't do that type of hair." I was angry. My daughter had never experience anything like that before. The other stylish said they were booked and didn't have time. We walked out and my daughter asked me "mommy, what is wrong with my hair?" I had to explain to my child that she has beautiful, curly hair and the lady was uncomfortable during her hair. I would never use a Hair Cuttery again. You should be able to wash and blow out any type of hair. I don't understand!
