They did a good job with my son's haircut. But I do feel there could be more of a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I didn't get that vibe here, the way I have at other salons.

While I love my stylist, I was completely taken aback that I was charged $88 instead of the $72 for the color escape package because she said she was a master stylist... she didnt do anything more than what she regularly does... last year I came in on Mothers Day for a much needed pickmeup after having a hip replacement and waiting for a knee replacement (lots of pain & huge effort to get me there) and she wouldnt take care of me cos she said I needed an appointment, which no one told me over the phone after I asked if she was going to be there... so I made an appointment for a few days later & went home in tears... it took a LOT to get me there & back home after painful surgery & being in pain from both knees, which I had replaced a few months later... we are on a fixed income and getting my hair done every 4 months is a huge treat for me... being charged an extra $16 was a huge inconvenience... I really like this lady, but these 2 incidents really hurt my opinion... she came up with the perfect combo for the coloring and I dont want to stop seeing her because of that & that she does a good job... but an extra $16?!... I should be getting a senior discount!... ??
