- 12/12/22Why Advertise Walk in if not available? I just needed a simple 2" cut trim off straight hair, a shampoo & enough of a blow dry so I didn't catch pneumonia. Don't advertise 'walk in' if walk in consists of coming back the next day or later.

- 8/19/22Made an appt. Got to my appt for them to cancel it because the employee never showed up. Wish they would of just called me to cancel. - 8/1/22Had my appointment canceled at the last minute because the stylist had to leave early. Was given 2 other options, 1- in 30 minutes from the phone call and 2- at a time I already had another appointment. Both alternatives would have been with whatever stylist was available and not with the person I had chosen specifically. - 7/20/22I'd give more stars if available. My first appointment with Sirena was the 1st time I've ever come home from a hair salon and not started cutting at what was done she is SUPERB I got many compliments on my hair and just had a redo and again love what she does. - 2/16/22Took my daughter who is 8 to get her hair cut and needless to say I now have to take her else where to fix the mess up! Her hair is uneven and I asked for long layers which are so choppy and they don’t blend in her hair at all! Awful job! Arrived at 4:45. One person said hi, no one asked if I had an appointment. Red flag #1. Wait for about 10 minutes, the woman that was supposed to cut my hair asks another woman if she can take her 5 o'clock men's haircut appointment because she has to flat iron her previous appointments hair. Other lady never answers. Red flag #2. After further being ignored until 5:10, I get up and leave. If anyone had acknowledged my existence and told me they were running late, I would have no problem with that. But if you're going to treat other customers like they're priority and I don't matter, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. There were a lot of factors at play that impacted the decision to raise our prices, namely the added sanitation and operational costs incurred due to Covid-19. We hope you agree that these added measures taken to protect our Guests are well worth the price of your service.
- 10/27/21The colorist/stylist had my hair looking like dirty dish water with a touch of green in one spot and pink in another. Had to go back and have it done again with a different stylist. Still too dark - I’m a golden blonde with highlights. Then three days later tried to lighten my hair, turned out platinum blonde!!! Like Marilyn Monroe. My six year old grandson even commented. Had to spend $170+ to have it colored properly and help with the damaged hair caused by so many treatments. I’m supposed to get a refund, well that’s taken three weeks snd I still don’t have it!!!! They keep saying it’s on its way, I guess in a slow boat through China.

Their prices are very reasonable, the salon itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the chairs are comfortable to sit in. That said, if you're picky about the way your hair is done or want something complicated, you should definitely go to a different salon. I have an undercut that I get touched up every other month or so, and so far I've had great experiences, but I wouldn't dream of asking them to cut the long part of my hair (I'm very protective of it and I've spent too long growing it out to start over again lol). - 4/29/21So I recently went to this location to get a trim. I booked it as a natural 4C hair appointment and was told that I would be seen by a natural hair specialist, so I was super happy.
When I got to my appointment, the stylist was so upset because she said the receptionist did not book it as a natural appointment. And began to complain because she had another appointment in an hour for hair color. I told her that that was not my fault and I would still like to be serviced. She shampooed and conditioned my hair, but she continued to complain about how she didn’t have the right blow dryer and how the one she needed was at her house.
She then got the correct blow dry she said she needed from another stylists station.
She sectioned my hair into 4 sections and began to try and blow dry one section all at once. She tried to blow dry my hair from root to ends instead of end to root and I immediately stopped her and asked if she could start from the ends and she did. Although she was now doing it from ends to roots, she still was pulling out my hair and you could literally hear my hair snapping, because she was rushing.
So I stopped her again and told her not to rush on my hair because she’s literally ripping my hair out. And the fact that I have to pay double the price anyone else does because I’m natural is more of a reason why she should service me just like she would anybody else.
She Thea said well if you want to come back another time you can do that because I have another client at 5pm and I didn’t know this was a natural appointment. And I said why would I leave when you’ve already blow dried a section of my hair. She said she didn’t have enough time to do my hair and blah blah blah
I end up having to leave with one section of my hair blow dried and ended up having to go home to blow dry the rest of my hair and trim it myself.
I only put heat in my hair when getting a trim.
I called their corporate office about this situation and still haven’t heard anything.

She first introduced herself and listened to what I was looking for. She put lots of time and care into my shampoo and conditioning and even let me know that it was perfect for my hair type. My haircut took some time (because of the amount of hair I had) but it was everything I wanted in the end.
- 9/5/19Chikako did an awesome job getting a Calico mess looking great. So happy with the color blending and great hairstyle. I am transitioning to the silver/gray that mother nature is giving me from med/dark brown.
- 8/9/18Oh my goodness, this salon was wonderful! We came from out of town for a funeral right before my daughter started 7th grade. She wanted to get her hair colored, and I needed something done with my grey. Christa colored my daughter’s hair EXACTLY the way she wanted it! Three colors, (pink, purple, blue) and the price was fair. Shelisa was so incredibly patient with me. I had A LOT of work to do, and she looked at my pictures, brought out the color book, and took into consideration every single thing that I wanted. She did three processes on my hair, one of them twice because I decided I wanted a little more of one color. My son (who has Autism) was with me the whole time, and she even let me take a break in between colors so I could get him lunch. She was just such a lovely person, and so sweet. The price was more than fair. I wish we could take them both back to FL with us. They were great!!
- 6/16/18I went to the Hair Cuttery today. I received excellent service from Shannon/Niki. She cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted. Her hair cutting techniques are like what you would find at a high end salon!
- 5/10/18Kelly is so awesome. Very friendly and patient since I am slowly changing my color. I get so many compliments since I've gone lighter.
- 4/9/18Awful customer service. I wanted to get my son's hair cut and checked in, the lady who checked me in did not give me a wait time. The ace did not loom that so I did not think it was going to wait more than 30 minutes.I waited 50 minutes and hairstyles were still had cutting and styling other hair with no sign of being finished soon. I don't mi d waiting but someone should have mentioned something or apologize. I left and will not b coming back. Please keep customers informed of wait times and have better attitudes.
