- 9/20/22My son asked for a trim and got a completely different hairstyle. He was devastated!! He loved his longer hair and just wanted it cleaned up. Instead, he came home with the back of it short to his neck and sides all shaved close. I felt so bad for him. Why can’t you listen to what the customer wants??? You call that a trim??! When you were cutting his hair, did you actually think that was a trim? Did you not feel bad for completely changing his hairstyle?? - 5/29/22I wish i can give less than one star. DO NOT EVER GO TO “NICOLE”… she creates blunders. I was there on Monday with my sister and we chopped our hair really short. We showed her a picture for reference. BUT OUR HAIR CUTS DID NOT TURN OUT ANYTHING CLOSER TO THOSE PICTURES. I told her to do layers on my hair and she literally just did cuts. She first cut our hairs and then asked if we want to do shampoo. After everything when she told me that we are done my sister have to tell her how to put layers on my style . SHE ACTUALLY BURNS MY SCALPS WHOLE DRYING MY HAIR. ITS WAS BURNING UNTIL NEXT DAY. Like which hair stylist does that in any salon.??? And me and my sister had to point out the uneven hair strands for each other so that she could fix it… not trying to be rude but.. NICOLE IS THE MESSIEST STYLIST I HAVE EVER COME EXPERIENCED. ME AND MY SISTER BECAME GUINEA PIGS FOR NICOLE. Never going back here. - 4/1/21Horrible experience. My girlfriend went for a simple trim but was left with what she describes as "a mullet." She booked an appointment online, only to get there and have the stylist tell her the cut would be double the charge because of her experience. Nowhere was that advertised, but she figured she'd treat herself to the nice haircut. But the stylist almost immediately began cutting off more hair than she wanted. When my girlfriend told the stylist during the cut that it wasn't what she asked for, the stylist clearly stopped caring and almost intentionally seemed to make it worse as she realized she wasn't getting a tip. My girlfriend was too upset and traumatized to even try to ask for the cut to be corrected in some way. It's one thing to give customers a haircut they're not happy with. - 11/18/20I had to request to have my hair washed before a cut. Once it was washed and I was in the chair, without brushing it first she cut all of it in one snip. I asked for my hair to be longer than my shoulders and it’s above my shoulders, to which she said “I think I’m going to cry, I cut so much off”. I asked for layers and they’re cut choppy, uneven, and diagonal towards my face. She didn’t offer to style it after so I left with it soaking wet.
