- 10/10/22I needed a quick or some could even say "emergency" cut and a style for my senior photos and homecoming dance.
It's very professional here. I walked in and the the stylist behind the desk welcomed me in. I waited for 3.5 minutes and then she took me back for the cut. I needed a good style and the results are phenomenal. I am truly blown away about this little place.
Special thanks to Sincere for helping me out! Homecoming is gonna be great and I'm gonna look mighty fine for my senior pictures!

Please come back and see us again soon! - 7/2/22They are very nice, but don’t really listen to what you want. I am now dealing with toddler-length bangs (I specifically asked her not to cut them and had to stop her after she started only to have to agree to let her correct the chop she’d already made). I asked just to trim the back and leave length on the top, and ended up with a “bob” and the back practically shaved off. I had told her I hated bobs. The haircut is liveable- it’s neater, but it’s not at all what I asked for, so it will be another six months of waiting for it to grow out again. From now on, I’m going to just ask my daughter to trim the back as it grows. Sorry. I wanted to be nice while I was there and really thought long and hard before posting this, but you all really need to take a step back and really listen to your customers.Response from HairCuttery • 7/4/22Joan G, thanks for the 3 star review. She understands my preferences and does a great job every time. - 5/1/22Horrible customer service, came in for a trim and half length off the top and back but i left with half on top and 10% on the back, not sure if there was a misunderstanding on my end or hers that led her to cut most of the hair off the back of my head but she did let me know that she was hard of hearing half way through the haircut. Also after leaving my friend asked me about my experience and how the shampoo and conditioner went ? Apparently it was included in the price i paid but i was unaware and maybe i was supposed to ask for it? - 1/7/22Went in for a cut and color and results were not all what i had expected and was far more expensive than i had thought it would be. my hair cut was uneven, the color, which was supposed to be a shade lighter, turned out darker, my forehead was stained. Not a good experience but i paid what i supposedly owed and left. went back to my regular hair cuttery and they fixed my hair cut, won't color my hair professionally again. color washed out by week 2 and paid $170 for that, not worth it. didn't submit a complaint or feedback because i figured it was a lesson learned but still very disappointed with the results.Response from HairCuttery • 1/7/22Hi Ameliay, we’re so sorry we didn’t meet your expectations during your visit. - 8/30/21i'm totally digusted by this salon the person who did my hair ruin it. - 1/27/21I’ve been seeing Claudia for color and highlights for the last years, no matter where she move in the city I still go to her, the salon is friendly and follow all the CDC guidelines, I felt safe go to every 6 weeks for my balayage touch up she is the best
- 9/19/20I can’t even give a star for how horrible my hair looks. I went in yesterday and asked for 2 inches off(my hair was down to my belly button) I asked for a little bit of layers also. I heard a chop around my face and when I looked in the mirror I was in shock. My front section of my hair was to my shoulders and when I said this is not what I wanted the stylist said sorry. She said look she has her hair like this, pointed to another stylist. I said that’s great this is not what I wanted. I resulted in telling her to stop cutting because it looked horrible and looks like I have a mullet. I now have to go elsewhere to get it fixed and what was supposed to be a nice trim I now have my hair to my shoulders. I would never tell anyone to go here if you want your hair absolutely ruined.
