Horrible , Ellie the stylist told me that was her name. Very rude and not professional at all. I arrived with my 89 year old mother. Ellie said your appointment only for haircut. I said no wash and blow dry and hair cut. Ellie stated rudely no you only made appointment for hair cut. And demand my told me when I made appointment over phone with her I only said haircut not wash and blow dry. Well we continued to disagree and I stated that there was a communication issue her and I will apologize for the communication issue. Ellie never apologize after I told her it took 1 hour for me to get my 89 year old mom out house to this appointment. I understood her slot said haircut, that was not the issue here. The issue is that Ellie never accepted responsibility. I did remind her that when I we initially were speaking on phone she thought I said 8 years old, than I had to repeat that I said my mom is 89, not 9. She laughed and said so sorry. My point is if she made mistake with the age, you probably made a mistake with what type of service I requested. Just except mistakes happen and keep it moving. Ellie was unbelievable rude, by walking away from me when we both were speaking and I even apologized for the miscommunication. This lady needs additional customer service training on accepting responsibility.
