- 3/28/23The Hair Cuttery on New Design in Frederick needs some CORPORATE help! The place is dirty, and has lights out, and broken chairs etc. The place is not taken care of at all. I go every week, because I love my stylist (Canda) and Harley are good- but the place is not pleasant to be in. The vents are filthy, and every time I get my hair washed- I have to look at that. Some of the chairs are broken, and lights are always out and don't even have the same bulbs- some bright light some yellow. It is appalling that the corporate people don't listen to customers. I sent feedback a few months ago, and yet things have not been addressed. Robyn or Adrianna- where are you? Don't you ever visit your stores? I bet you are there to get your paycheck every week- please do your jobs. If I sound annoyed, it is because I am.... Your customers should matter- but don't. With your prices that keep rising- you have the money to fix things- but don't. Maybe someone over you needs to read the feedback. - 3/17/23Marquita is phenomenal! I brought my kiddo in today and she listened to exactly what they wanted, worked off of a Google pic, and the haircut came out amazing! She is always friendly and professional, does an outstanding haircut, and doesn't try to sell me a million extra products. - 7/16/22Worst place ever they can't even schedule appointments correctly. I called and made an appointment for July 16, I get there and they told me my appointment was not until September 10th...why would I make a appointment for 2 month out? - 11/28/21Took grandson in yesterday I definitely know a good haircut when I see one my daughter is a hair stylist but she has hand issue right now and couldn't cut his hair girl at hair Cuttery left it too long when I told her to cut it less than a half inch still touching his ears you tell someone how you want something and I guess she just ignored what I said and cut it the way she wanted it should have said something but didn't will never take him there againResponse from HairCuttery • 11/29/21Dewey L, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
