    Patricia was my stylist, she was very pleasant and nice but the hair color I asked for was not the one I got. I spend a couple of days trying to see if I could get use to but it’s not good. I asked for highlights I even showed her pictures of what I wanted. She didn’t blend my highlights I have straight lines across the back of my hair. The highlights at the bottom are more blonde then the top. I don’t think she used a toner because my hair came out brassy. As far as the cut she was amazing but the color is not good.

    Great customer service. The stylist, Susanne, was extremely caring with my sister (has dementia) Susanne accepted my sister as a walk in on a Saturday (store was very busy). I wish the world had more people like Susanne.

    Bad Overall Experience. Hair Stylist was not professional,rushed the process to get more customers , therefore did a bad job. Charged extra fees and still did not deliver. She was not honest, she was racist and not willing to apologize for her bad behavior.
