The system makes you put in the tip first prior to inserting payment, which threw me off. I ended up accidentally paying an almost 50% tip because I bought shampoo and inadvertently paid a tip based on that. Kind of miffed at my mistake. Will not tip via the card again. The haircut was ok, not 50% ok. Not offered the supposedly “included shampoo”, nor was I offered a handheld mirror to see the back of my head…. - 8/31/21Alex did a wonderful job. I had really long hair and wanted to get a lot chopped off . She listened to what I wanted . I’ve had other people not listen and only want to do what they really wanted to do . She u derstood what I wanted and even cut it a little longer at first to see if I wanted to go still go shorter .
