- 11/17/22Terrible customer service experience. As a walk in with no one in the salon, I waited for 10 minutes only to be told they couldn’t accommodate me. Two women sat in their chairs doing absolutely nothing, barely even making eye contact. - 11/10/22Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience today. I scheduled a 10am appointment with Lynette and at 10:15 she took another customer and told me she also had another client after that one. No one ever called me to inform me that she was running late. It also felt like the young lady who checked me was irritated by my questions.
I actually loved how Lynette did my hair in the past, but customer service is equally important. People's time should be respected. It's one thing if you are a walk in but I scheduled my appointment ahead of time.

- 10/15/22Great service, I asked for any stylist and Kevin was able to service me for my 2:00 appointment with not long of a wait. The stylists at this location are very nice and efficient with their appointments. - 10/15/22My Great aunt had an appointment for 11:15, we were here on time; even though we called to explain we might be 5 mins late and they confirmed that would be okay. As we arrived her stylist still wasn’t ready and it’s been exactly an entire hour and still had yet to greet us and explain the situation on him being backed up . I consider this terrible hospitality and terrible time management in general . - 9/27/22First of all ..I am new in the area but I have been going to the hairdresser all my life 30 years or more. I never experience such unprofessional attitude. I wanted the young lady that they said is so experience to my hair name Collette. She was so rude to me like she didn't want to do my hair every time.. I asked for a certain service she would act like she didn't want to do it. If she so experience like her coworkers mention why would she make me feel not wanted at the hair cuttery if she couldn't do my hair perhaps she should've referred me to another hair stylist. - 9/12/22Received the WORST hair cut from here last week. Won’t throw her name out there but I watched her mess up someone’s hair up and had to have a coworker help her. Should have walked out then… a simple trim and long layers left me with two different lengths, her idea of layers is not it. Literally have a 90 degree angle hair cut that’s how much shorter the front of my hair is…will NOT be returning. Also had an appointment and waited 35 minutes because she couldn’t figure out how to cut the persons hair before me. - 9/7/22the color job was amazing but when it came to the cut, i didn’t get at all what i asked for. the bangs are way too chunky and i went home and cried so much because of how the cut looks. :( idk who did it but she just chopped without really asking me if how much she was cutting off was okay and now my bangs are 1) way too short and 2) way too thick. i asked for SLIGHT bangs. by the time she showed me what she did, it was too late to say anything. she was blocking the mirror so i didn’t see the cut until it was pretty much over. i’m just gonna cut my own hair from now on.Response from HairCuttery • 9/8/22Samantha G, thank you for your feedback. - 8/15/22I made an appointment for Monday @ 11 a.m. for anyone available. Received text @ 9:07 a.m. that my stylist will not be in today please call to reschedule. Called a left message. No return call. Called later in evening while still open, and was asked to hold on a sec. The male staff left on hold for 15 minutes and was disconnected. Never experienced this before. - 8/1/22Second time I’ve booked an appointment and the hours say open until 8pm and walk-ins welcome. The store is locked and I even arrived early. They said they’re short staffed and no one is available. The store closed 2 hours early, 6pm! - 4/25/22Really negative on the star count. @9:11 for a 9:15 appointment. (Location opens at 8am) I don't understand if the receptionist is at the location but no one to do hair why is she not calling people and saying we need to reschedule.
I got a ride 30 minutes out of my way to get my hair done and then the lady at the desk ignores me knocking at the door then gives me a dirty
look when I call saying I’m right here at the door and say it is my appointment time.. Then says oh well, someone said they may be on their way. But she doesn't know how long.
This is a sorry disappointing establishment.

I requested for layer cut appointment with a Senior stylist. The lady who cut my hair was learning from her colleague how to do and spoiled my long hair. I already had a balayage worth of 450$ on my hair. As she messed up I had to go for short hair and get the balayage color fixed accordingly at a different salon . I definitely don’t suggest anyone to get a haircut here or any service.

- 3/11/22I made a 530p appointment. I was told it would be 20 more minutes. I waited 45 minutes and was told to sit at the bowl. I sat there and still no one came to me. All I wanted was a simple wash and cut. Why accept an appointment you can't keep. I should have been called and told there was a significant delay. As I sit here writing my review an hr after my appointment time my hair dresser is no where near complete with her previous customer!
