- 8/26/22My husband took our daughter for a haircut about an hour ago. The appointment I booked was for a kid's signature cut and blow-dry. They just got home and her hair is wet still. Her hair didnt even get combed out properly, my daughter had to fix it herself after they left. The stylist also scammed my husband into buying overpriced shampoo & conditioner that isn't even for her hair type. I would like to stop by in the next few days to get a return the products. - 8/18/22The last 3 hair cuts for my family have been absolutely terrible. First haircut was a layered cut for myself. When I left I had several uneven ends and long prices that didn’t fit into the layers. The second absolute terror of a hair cut was a buzz cut 2 all around. There were fly aways all around his head and looked very messy. The last and final haircut was today. It was a more detailed cut with a scissor cut on top and 2 around with clipper marks. Again the cut has tons of fly aways, very messy and not at all what was shown in a picture. My last visit was very frustrating for multiple reasons. The cut was bad but prior to the hair cut my appointment was skipped to take a walk in customer. - 8/5/22Took my elderly friend for her booked appointment today. After being questioned if she even had an appointment, she was told that her stylist doesn't work on Fridays anymore. The manager (who knows, because she didn't identify herself) was summoned to the front. Again, my friend was questioned about her scheduled appt. As we were being treated so poorly, another client comes in. She said she is there for her appointment. "Well, you stylist isn't here. Didn't you get a phone call ?" Yeah, we both were called to reschedule, but we just decided to show up, waist out time and gas because you notified us that out appointment wouldn't be honored ! RIDICULOUS. Only one client in the place. Not one time did they try to accommodate my friend except to reschedule her. - 7/18/22Went last week, M cut my hair. I have never had such a horrible hair cut in my life. How can a stylist not even cut layers? We discussed before the cut that my hair gets fluffy because i have wavy hair when dry, she showed me the shortest layer she would do and we agreed! I wanted length off and some layering. Sadly she did not stick to the game plan. My hair is a disaster, im embarrassed to even wear all of my hair down, i have to put the layers in a top knot. It took her several different tries to get my hair even on both sides, which did not happen. And can i mention this was the night before MY FIRST DAY AS A NEW GRAD NURSE?!? The left side of my head is so flat and lifeless, meanwhile the right side looks like i have chucks of hair missing. - 6/19/22Absolutely terrible. I had gotten my hair done the other day, and it was very rushed the cutting took probably 10 minutes when it was wet, and the blow dry probably took another 12. It has been two days since it has been styled and I finally washed it, the layers are completely choppy!! - 1/7/22Stylist was friendly and helpful with products. An ok hair cut but curls did not last through the evening and was stiff and messy at my event.
I have a problem with the establishment of the Hair Cuttery. My stylist told me I could get the Redkin products on a discount closer to the holidays; just look for the deal that comes in my email.
I found a discount and called the store. They said I had to come and get a hair cut to get the deal??? What?? I had just come in a few weeks ago and the ad said I could get the shampoo for a discount, besides my stylist told me I could get a discount. I asked for the manager who apparently wasn't there, I later found out, because I went through maybe 2 or 3 different 'managers'. The ad was not clear and gave false information making it sound like I could get the product for sale now, today. The conversation was left that the head manager would call me the next day. I never got a call or an email.
I will never go to the Hair Cuttery again and I am unsubscribing from these emails.

Needed trim for my 15 y.o daughter , appointment was at 3 ,we arrived 10 min. prior ,were taken in at 3 pm. So called hair stylist spend more time on spraying my daughters hair with water and putting on apron rather than on actual cut. 3.05 we were done . Left $23 short and with very dissapointed teen, who repeatedly was asking to cut her hair shorter but response was "I have another client coming in now" . Basically, stating that she was going to make one pass and that was it. Which would have been fine, had she "listened" to what I wanted. Left the salon unhappy and without a complete hair cut. - 6/27/21I went there 3 times the first time after my haircut it was one side an even in the back was very uneven. I called and they said they would fix it we’ll long an behold another person was supposed to cut it even well that never happened. I stopped from going for 9 months I went there on Friday say to the women what happened from my last time. So I got home my hair is longer on one side again. I don’t know how they call their selfs hair dressers really I would have been better if I put my head in a wood chipper.. Ray Charles & Stevie Wonder could tell my hair was uneven. I believe if they did go to beauty school they sure didn’t learn how to cut hair. The funniest thing is they charge $23.00 for the cut an gave the blind hairdresser $8.00 for a tip this company should have a Professional hairdresser to make sure they are qualified to cut hair.
