- 7/24/22I was a last-minute on-line booking for what turned into a "self-care" day for an unknown-stylists' schedule. I was warmly greeted by Zoe, who took care of me. She was able to brighten up my existing, grown-out and tired highlights and gave me a trim. She did an amazing job, is a sweet human being and cares about what she does. She provided me with full-head highlights.
The salon itself needs some cleaning- tops of mirrors are dusty (which is expected in a salon d/t hair, aerosol product, hair dryers) and the floor under the cabinets were dirty. However, the individual stations were clean, sanitized between customers and the atmosphere was pleasant. Music was on but not too loud or obnoxious. - 6/22/21I came by at around 6:15 pm on Monday 6/21/21. There were 2 customers. I just wanted a shampoo, conditioner and treatment. I was
told they were booked for the rest of the night.
I was waiting to meet a friend in the parking lot. It’s 6:52 and there are no customers in there at all. No one had come in since the 2 customers that were originally there and they’re gone.The hair dresser has been sitting in one of the chairs talking the whole time. So I called and asked for an appointment. I was told they were booked. Still completely empty in there. The sad thing is that I was in 2 weeks ago and had the same hairdresser that told me they were booked. I gave her a 50% tip. I always give big tips. My daughter walked in earlier in the week and showed them a picture of a hairstyle she wanted done for the prom. The person at the desk made the appointment with one of the stylists for today. The style she wanted was a half up half down type with a few twists that met in the middle with a bubble braid down the back and loose waves. When the stylist had her in the chair she asked, you want curls right? My daughter showed her the picture and the stylists said she doesn't do braids. Why would they give her an appointment with someone who can't even braid when she clearly showed them what she wanted. It's ridiculous. I could have done her hair better than it is now. She's so unhappy and I feel so bad for her. She doesn't blame the stylist, she said she tried her best, but clearly they need to have a talk with whoever books appointments. Won't recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for making my daughter's first and last prom not as perfect as it could have been. This is my second but last time I will ever step foot in this establishment. I am a very godly professional woman. But the filth I heard & the actions I seen come from this employee made me ashamed for her mother. I asked for a trim & had 4 inches taken off so I complained a little. I then heard employee Ashley call me a Ritch goodie two shoe high society b. She went on to talk about me to her customer to the point I got left my appointment. It is outrageous that you would have such filth & gross people you have in your place of business. As an older woman I pride myself in my behavior & this child's mother i assure you would be embarrassed. I get my hair done monthly & never again will I spend money in this particular place. I hope that something is done about her nasty behavior or I fear you will lose more of your customers. I will pray for this child & your establishment. I then overheard her speaking very rudely about me. This is unacceptable. I don't always come to this location but I have been coming to the hair cuttery for years and years and this is beyond rude. Ive never heard anyone speak like this at their job. I will NOT be coming back to this location.
- 9/20/20the worst salon i’ve been to they don’t even know how to correctly brush your hair. i went in and asked for something and they first dyed it to dark then they dyed it to blonde then by the time they were done i left with the same hair i walked in and down about 300 dollars with i don’t recommend this place to anyone.
- 7/9/20Had 2 pm appt for hair cut, was told to text a number when I arrive and wait for a text back, letting us know when to come in. Waited 30 minutes and tried to call 3 times, lines was busy. Finally left! It’s 4:15 pm still no text tell us to come in
- 4/17/19Tonya Todd Goldsmith is the best stylist ever! She takes her time doing my hair and always gives me a great cut and color! I also bring my 7 year old and my 16 year old to see her for their hair cuts! Both of them come out looking sharp😊
