    Excellent customer service . She did exactly what I asked her to. She made sure my color was completely out . Sometimes people don’t wash the hair well. My mom is a hairstylist and I really felt comfortable with Isabel.

    I was confirmed for a 2 p.m. appointment today (confirmed by email and text message). When I arrived 5 minutes before 2 p.m., I was told my appointment was now at 2:15. 2:15 came and went, and still no appointment. Then other people came in (walk-ins), and they were shown right to their seats in front of me. I'll not be coming back, if this is the level of respect HC shows for my busy schedule.
