I was suppose to get my hair done today, I signup for a package, I only got a friendly greeting because I have light blonde hair they didn't do a color that matched with what I had and what I wanted

Ivonne is wonderful. My boyfriend has been going to her for years and my daughter and I just moved down here 2 years ago and I needed my daughter's and my hair cut so my boyfriend took us to see Ivonne now I don't go to anyone else.

My hair stylist is Ms. Enanu. She recently transferred to the Aspen Hill Hair Cuttery and she is absolutely wonderful! Ms. Enanu completed a touch up and a rinse on my hair and it looks great! Due to the Covid-19 restrictions she took all of the necessary precautions to protect herself and me during the whole salon visit. I highly recommend Ms. Enanu to everyone.

Regarding excellent service provided by store manager Nika:. I recently visited HC at Aspen Hill to find out the balance on a HC gift card. None of the initial contacts knew how to figure it out. The store manager, Nika was summoned by the unsuccessful employees. By now, I began to believe that this was a hopeless situation. But Nika came up, tried a few things on the computer, was unsuccessful initially but refused to give up. She placed three phone calls to other employees who she thought could help while continuing to try stuff on the computer. Eventually, all three contacts called back and one of them had the right solution. I really appreciated that Nika did not give up, was polite throughout the effort and persevered till she solved the problem. She deserves kudos!

You have ruined my son's hair the night before photo day at his middle school. He hates his haircut and we hate it too. You all didn't even shave the back of his neck and they left all the fuzz. We are going to tell everyone we know not to ever use your location. I am furious with what you all did.

Bebe is the best stylist I’ve ever had, and I won’t go anywhere else.
She is always ready at the appointment time, super friendly with a great attitude, and most importantly does a great job cutting my hair.
I used to pay a lot more money at a different place, but I’m much happier here.

I’ve been coming to this location for years because Bebe is the best stylist I’ve ever had.
She is attentive, smart, friendly and most importantly very good at what she does.
I recommend this location to anyone who wants a professional haircut at a reasonable price.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. When used properly, Barbicide® is EPA registered to kill surface germs, fungi and viruses, including Hepatitis B, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the common cold and the human coronavirus.

To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
