- 9/4/20Rating 5.0My hair stylist is Ms. Enanu. She recently transferred to the Aspen Hill Hair Cuttery and she is absolutely wonderful! Ms. Enanu completed a touch up and a rinse on my hair and it looks great! Due to the Covid-19 restrictions she took all of the necessary precautions to protect herself and me during the whole salon visit. I highly recommend Ms. Enanu to everyone.

- 3/4/20Rating 5.0Regarding excellent service provided by store manager Nika:. I recently visited HC at Aspen Hill to find out the balance on a HC gift card. None of the initial contacts knew how to figure it out. The store manager, Nika was summoned by the unsuccessful employees. By now, I began to believe that this was a hopeless situation. But Nika came up, tried a few things on the computer, was unsuccessful initially but refused to give up. She placed three phone calls to other employees who she thought could help while continuing to try stuff on the computer. Eventually, all three contacts called back and one of them had the right solution. I really appreciated that Nika did not give up, was polite throughout the effort and persevered till she solved the problem. She deserves kudos!

You all didn't even shave the back of his neck and they left all the fuzz. We are going to tell everyone we know not to ever use your location. I am furious with what you all did.

She is always ready at the appointment time, super friendly with a great attitude, and most importantly does a great job cutting my hair.
