I was the one to ask her to jump in to perfect some finishing touches, to ensure that you got the look you wanted! You left expressing you were satisfied and placed $10 on the counter , as ur assigned stylist I picked it up, and gave it to my coworker, I don’t need to steal anything !!!so how about YOUR THE LAME ONE FOR LYING ON A GOOGLE REVIEW!!!after your hair was already done properly!!!! People like you make me sick to my stomach!!!!!

- 6/23/22I just wanted a simple boys cut. I got an earful of how busy the hairstylist has been and how she is tired of cutting hair. She was inconvenienced by our scheduled appointment. My son doesn’t want anyone to see him because he is embarrassed about his cut. I originally stopped going here because of the unhappy staff. - 5/5/22AnnaMary is AMAZING!!!! I walked in for a cut but decided to get my hair colored as well. I suffer from occasional alopecia which puts a dent in my self esteem so I generally just wear a hat and don't mess much with my hair when it is shedding heavily. After chatting with AnnaMary about the issue I decided to let her color my hair as well. Not only is the color absolutely gorgeous, it actually hides my balding spots really well. And the cut she gave me was the icing on the cake as it makes my hair look fuller and you wouldn't even know I had the alopecia issue. - 12/1/21went to eldersburg commons location on 12/1/2021 and there were two hairsylists. Neither one of them had on a MASK. - 11/30/21I have had the worst experience with the Eldersburg hair Cuttery. I got my haircut about a month ago and I made it clear to the hairdresser that it was not what I wanted. I simply got a response of no it’ll grow back. She charge me full price for my haircut even though I was not satisfied. I was told by the manager that I would get a refund within the week to never get a call back. I still haven’t gotten a call or a refund even though I’ve left three messages at the store. - 9/11/21Horrible Experience, non-existent customer service the receptionist was very rude. What is surprising to me is that I used to go to Hair cuttery for almost 5 years at several other locations in DMV area but this particular employee is just plain horrible and as long as she is there I will not be back to any hair Cuttery. - 8/26/21My son is young but never moved or cried during his time there. But still he has random long hair and a patch where it is almost bald in the front. No shaping up around the ear or neck so the hair is super long on his ear. Hair on neck comes to a point. - 6/25/21This is the second time this store has messed up. Last time, the woman who cut my hair was on her phone and took 2 hours to cut an inch off my hair. She didn’t give me the cut I wanted. She was rude and slow and didn’t know anything about the products. Had an appointment booked today at 11. I specifically asked for a master stylist and was given the same rude woman. She promptly informed me that she was overwhelmed and over an hour behind. Could I please reschedule? No, I can not. This is the only day I have off from work for a month. - 2/8/21Lily exceeded all my expectations today! I wanted my hair dyed to match my grey that was coming in and she was completely committed to my request and I love my hair now!
