- 8/28/22Was rushed, 6 minute haircut cut. Did not trim eyebrows nor clean around ears Was charged $24 for a dry haircut, no shampoo. - 4/23/22Service is a joke. My last experience was few days ago. I needed to talk to my stylist Sade to make sure she had what was needed for my session. I have still not heard from her even though the manager told me that Sade would return my call in 10 minutes. Then I called the next day and still no call back. I tried to cancel appt before closing, no one answers. The Hair Cuttery Team - 1/7/22I have been getting my hair done at the Haircuttery for many years. Meg Sanders has been my stylist the entire time. I followed her from the Delran, Willingboro, then the Burlington store. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my last appointment with Meg I was informed that she no longer worked for Haircuttery and my appointment wasn't on file. I was deeply saddened to hear Meg is no longer with Haircuttery and in my opinion you lost an extremely very valuable employee. I feel your establishment was very unprofessional for not even letting me know that my appointment was canceled. Also, that Meg was no longer an employee. She no longer works there but I am scheduled with lead salon stylist. She will be right with me in 2 minutes. 10 minutes and I ask who is Amy? Well come to find out Amy is sitting in a chair getting her hair straightened and curled. While wait for my appointment that was scheduled for 11. When I ask why they just look at me like I have two heads. I did walk out. In the long run I saved the hair stylist money and my Christmas tip. So I am ahead and will never ever go there again. So one star is only because you have to give a rating. - 8/10/20I had an appointment this morning, booked with the online booking tool. When I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and tried to check in, I was told that I didn't have an appointment and they did not have any availability today. She looked up my appointment and told me that it was at the Wishing Well Plaza in Willingboro. I was as sure as I could be that I was at the correct place but she insisted there was no appointment. She didn't think to ask for my confirmation and I didn't think to pull it out of my e-mail. However, on the way to Willingboro, where they were VERY gracious to take me even though that's not where my appointment was (they even discounted the cut), I tried to use my GPS to go to the Wishing Well Plaza and it kept taking me back to where I just was. The lady at the Willingboro store also said that the Wishing Well Plaza is in Burlington, where the ShopRite is, which is where I was. I do have an e-mail confirmation that I was supposed to have my hair cut there today, August 10, at 10:15 AM with a stylist named Sara. They have lost my business. I can't believe they sent me chasing all over the area when my appointment was at that site.

- 2/22/20Taylor has been cutting my hair for over a year now and I could not ask for a better stylist! She gives great advice on what I should do with my hair if I'm ever unsure and knows my hair better than I do. Very pleasant to deal with and can't imagine anybody else cutting my hair now but her!

- 9/14/19Hi my daughter had hair trim on 9/15/19.
She is 10 years old.they charged for cut $18 ,which is kids cut 10&under $14. Very unfair service and she didn’t trim well. I will never go this place anymore. Don’t cheat the customers. And they have a promotion for new guests $12.99. I was new customer.dhe didn’t tell me. - 2/2/19I was in there today 2/2/2019 and my hair was butchered! I asked for a few itches off and my side to be angled. OMG! My hair was soaked when I left so I couldn’t tell until returning home that my “angles” I asked for were more like uneven BANGS that I haven’t had in over 20 years. So disappointed. I am so glad it’s just hair and it will grow back.
Just and FYI, ask for anyone but Sharon! She should hang up her scissors .
