I had an appointment this morning, booked with the online booking tool. When I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and tried to check in, I was told that I didn't have an appointment and they did not have any availability today. She looked up my appointment and told me that it was at the Wishing Well Plaza in Willingboro. I was as sure as I could be that I was at the correct place but she insisted there was no appointment. She didn't think to ask for my confirmation and I didn't think to pull it out of my e-mail. However, on the way to Willingboro, where they were VERY gracious to take me even though that's not where my appointment was (they even discounted the cut), I tried to use my GPS to go to the Wishing Well Plaza and it kept taking me back to where I just was. The lady at the Willingboro store also said that the Wishing Well Plaza is in Burlington, where the ShopRite is, which is where I was. I do have an e-mail confirmation that I was supposed to have my hair cut there today, August 10, at 10:15 AM with a stylist named Sara. They have lost my business. I can't believe they sent me chasing all over the area when my appointment was at that site.
