- 1/7/22Rating 5.0Leslie did a great job. She listened and cut my hair like I wanted it done. I have been searching for a new stylist since my barber of 40 years retired 2 years ago. I think my search is finally over.
- 12/22/20Rating 1.0I will NEVER go back! I paid $250 for myself and my daughter to have our hair done. The stylists were rude and honestly could not care less about their clients. I asked for layers and got a straight cut. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay more to get the cut I want. The stylist who worked on my daughter never said a word to her and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to try to fix her hair color which in the end she actually never did. - 9/22/20Rating 1.0Horrible experience. Hairdresser hardly washed my hair, she got soap all over my face and clothes while yanking my hair out. She was so careless she proceeded to nearly rip out my earring (my piercing was in my upper ear, in cartilage) and made it bleed. She proceeded to touch it with her BARE hands, after I repeatedly asked her to stop touching it. She said she "wanted to see how it went through" as she pulled and squeezed my already inflamed ear. She then continued to give me a rushed and extremely poor and choppy hair cut. At the end of the haircut, a man in a motorized shopping cart attempted to come in even though the shop was closed. He asked me to hold the door open for him and my hairdresser spent TEN minutes bargaining with him about how much he would tip her. He was wearing one shoe.
- 8/16/20Rating 1.0My son was crying the hair cut he got was so different from the picture. And sadly simple communication would have stopped the problem. We will never be back. Desiree didn't care that she upset a child which honestly made everything worst. Compassion would have been nice
- 3/17/20Rating 1.0The Hair Cuttery on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ remains open despite all non-essential businesses needing to close during the COVID19 impact for the health and safety of others. I have a friend who works in this location who is immunocompromised and a mother. It was concerning to find out that she is working her shift because it is actually putting her at a greater risk for exposure. It’s a shame that a large chain such as the Hair Cuttery would not have a better plan in place to take care of their employees.

- 2/3/18Rating 5.0Jenna is absolutely phenomenal! I have extremely long hair and went a lot longer than I'd care to admit between salon visits. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and didn't rush through like many stylists I've encountered over the years. She managed to nail what most others tend to fail with my finicky hair. I think I'll be sticking with Jenna from here on out!
