- 9/7/22I was trying to schedule an appointment and finally got hold of stylist Alka. She booked an appointment for me on Tuesday at 4 when the salon closes at 3. So the stylist I booked with calld me to reschedule and UI did. So the NeXT day I wanted to call and ask for a different time. I called them 19 times and no one picked up the phone. I mean that many stylists all are busy and not one available to pick up the phone for 3 hours. Come on... If there was another Hair cuttery nearby I would have dropped this salon but unfortunately there isn't. I also specifically mention how I wanted lots of layers and NO HEAT. She did not cut it right. And she also did not put the layers. After that she blow dried it, after I said no heat. - 12/2/21Not a good customer service, I booked my appointment on line and they didn’t serve me on time, and hair dresser is asking me to come back again or reschedule it for another time, this salon doesn’t have value of your time, and on the top didn’t even apologize once, I booked my appointment with Jessica knowing she should be good one but doesn’t have customer service skill. - 1/8/21The worst haircut I got on top of it Hairdresser Mimi charged me $51 for cut n blow dry...... if I have to pay this kind of money I need to go proper hair Solon .... if you at my hair it’s has no cut just trims totally disappointed.... not worth a dime save your hair n money so disappointed 🤯

- 6/24/19I felt very rushed by my stylist, Kathy. I arrived around 9:45am and was finished by around 10:15am. This is including a five minute wait and shampoo. I originally wanted shampoo, cut, blowdry. But when I found out it would be $10 extra because of my curly hair, I decided on just a shampoo and cut. Kathy asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I told her just below the shoulders and because my hair is so thick, I need layers in it as well. She proceeded to cut my hair and was finished without layering my hair. When I reminded her that I asked layers, she claimed that I told her no layers. She then started pulling my hair, not combing it straight before cutting and being extremely unprofessional by rushing my cut. When I arrived home, I realized my hair was cut well above my shoulders. Not at all what I requested. Needless to say, I will not be back to this location.
