- 6/21/22I booked an appointment for highlights. The hair dressers were completely unprofessional talking down, to, and about each and every client. I was the first appointment, they were not in the best mood to jump start the process. My hair had no color and was my natural color. My hair was also pretty long half way down my back. She had three other appointments booked within my appointment so she rushed through my highlights to get to her next appointment and I have A LOT of hair. Then I was told to time myself. After two times of timing myself as she was with her other client she informed me she had 40 volume on my hair to speed up the process of the highlights , so it would highlight faster, but she did not want to leave it on too long and asked what I though about it and what I wanted to do. I am not the professional, that is the reason I came in. As she was washing my hair hair I asked if she could at least trim my hair slightly if she had the time because I felt as if I was an inconvenience, even though I booked an appointment for an hour and 50 minutes. She was brushing my hair after washing it , and it was falling out as she did each brush stoke. My hair was beyond fried and damaged beyond belief. My hair went from doing a trim to a full on hair cut. In her words, "It will at least be long enough to put up." I was beyond annoyed, angry, and upset. They were completely unapproachable hearing them talk down about everyone who called in or walked in. I got home and brushed it before blowing out my own hair and it was so dry and damaged feeling it was upsetting. I have a wedding in August and now my hair is completely ruined. She kept telling me the blonde on my ends were making it discolored, I had no blonde in my hair what so ever. Then she told me the red in my hair, I told her my hair was ash brown, there was no red. Every single year I put get highlights in it in June it never has a problem taking to the blonde, ever. It has never damaged it like this, or I would have never did it before such an important event. I have had it done and not had to trim it at all before. I was rushed to their poor planning. They were completely over booked, unprofessional, and do not listen to their clients. - 4/7/22My last visit was horrible. I booked an appointment online and they were overbooked. I had a stylist switch me from one stylist to another in the middle of my hair. The other stylist was NOT in a good mood. They charged me an arm and leg and messed up my hair. - 10/20/21If I could give a “0” I would. Please stay away from EILEEN. She is over charging and will leave you sit and let your hair over process just to get as many client in her chair. She is always double books with appointment so plan on waiting a good amount of time befor she can get to you. I had to leave and come back 45 minutes after my scheduled time and she still was not ready for me. - 9/24/21Joan butchered my hair. I asked for angles in the front around my chin. My hair is horrible. Never going back again. When u do angles around your face u just go a little bit before the ears. - 8/13/21I used to come there to see Nichole,she was amazing and unfortunately they are not able to tell me where she is working,if at all. She is missed and I check in periodically to see if she has returned. I have been to some of the other stylists, I have never had a bad experience. The stylists are all talented and friendly. The first time I called back, I offered the "we got disconnected" and the second time I called back she claimed it must be something "weird" happening and then the third time she finally admitted that she was busy with ringing another person out and she refused to help me and I would have to call the next day to see if "*maybe* they would put me in with someone". - 12/1/20The professional asked what I wanted. Did something completely different, made my hair a lot shorter than what I asked her to do and is not even. My hair is so ugly now and I can even go somewhere to fix it because Is already way too short!

- 5/16/18I have been going to hair cuttery in marlton for a few years now. I came in having no idea what I wanted to do. Lisa styled my hair for the first time on Friday. It is one of the best color jobs I have ever had. She was so pleasant and friendly. She made the whole experience enjoyable. I am so in love with my hair!
