- 10/29/22No issues with the stylist (Rena). She is terrific. I stopped going here simply because I can't afford your prices. Color packages are way too expensive. - 7/27/22Never gonna go back to that location again!!! They don’t have costumer service, doesn’t acknowledge people. Not satisfied with my haircut and my girls too. The one who cut our hair was still on training and whoever is training her is rude. The trainer ( i wish i had her name) told me i should be charge with length blow dry ($48)but since whoever cut my hair didn’t tell me prior to cutting my hair she’ll just charge me regular ($35) but my daughter will be charge $48 because she has long and thick hair, i don’t have any problem being charge $48 but the way she said was rude. This place doesn’t even deserve a STAR. BTW my hair was shoulder length i don’t know what is considered long or length charge. - 7/26/22NO Customer service , doesn’t acknowledge you or greet you. The one who cut our hair was very nice but she needs more training ( she was still on training when we had our hair cut) the lady who’s training her was a little rude ( i wish i knew her name so management can send her to have some costumer service lessons)i had a great experienced in hair cuttery in Marlton ( closed already) so i dediced to take my girls to this location in union mill road but to my dismay. Never going back to this location AGAIN. - 7/25/22I booked an appointment online for 10:00,and checked the box that said any stylist. I received a call from Hair Cuttery at 9:25, and the lady said you booked an online appointment w/ Emily but she is not in today, I explained to her that I selected any stylist available, she said I understand. I stopped using these places years ago and bought my own clippers but the person who does the back of my hair is away, so I thought I would schedule a haircut. When someone says they understand, but they really do not, it makes me believe that I will end up waiting. She offered me an 11:00 appointment, so I said you understand the purpose of the appointment is so I don't have to wait, she said, " I understand". I am sure she does not. The Hair Cuttery Team - 3/16/21Went to Vanessa for a color correction after my hair turned green from toner. She was able to not only get the color I was looking for but help educate me on training my hair as I was in the process of doing so. She took the time to listen to what i wanted and also what had been done so further damage wasn't done and the end results were incredible!! I'm picking and appreciate a hair stylist that will listen and give me guidance to what I'm looking for as an end result. I couldn't be happier!! - 2/21/19Went in just wanting a cut and bangs. All was good she asked me all the right things like how short, how I want the bangs, etc and it looked pretty good from what I could see. Got home mom saw the back of my hair and asked me why it wasn’t in a line like how I wanted it?? And I was confused and then saw 4 pieces waaaay longer than the rest of the hair! Like dude wth and after I took a shower and my bangs dried I noticed that one side was above the eyebrow like I asked and the other side was below the eyebrow!! I’m baffled this place is still open honestly I’ve almost never have a good experience there but I always just seem to be beyond dumb and go back every blue moon thinking it might be different, truly the only reason their still probably open is because all the older people go there. If you want your hair done right don’t go here.
