Not Great Customer Service

I had scheduled an appointment and went to the salon about 10 minutes early because I was in the area. I was greeted by someone who told me I was REALLY early as my appointment wasn't for another 25 minutes. I showed the person my phone with the correct time and was told "oh, our clock is wrong". The styalist who I booked to cut my hair was just starting with a client. She was a little miffed and said she was only 5 minutes behind. I told them I would wait. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went for a walk to another store in the complex. I came back 20 minutes later (which was 20 minutes into my appointment) and the other client was still in the chair with no indication that she would be done soon. I was very annoyed by this time. I scheduled the appointment so I didn't have to wait. I had other things to do and was not going to wait any longer since this would have been 1/2 past my appointment time. Why have appointments scheduled if you can't keep them? I know things happen, but the attitudes I got from the staff and the fact that my appointment time was over booked will make me never come back again.

I am very upset with hair cuttery. I called yesterday to specifically make an apt for my daughter who has mixed texture hair. She is a biracial child. I mentioned the texture hair to them and was told the person could handle it, only to going in, the person couldn’t. This person took a few a few tiny pieces off my daughters hair (I know she had more dead ends then that), then turned my daughters hair into a big ugly Afro and I had to pull it up before we left so she didn’t look like a crazy person. Let’s not forget soaking my daughters back while washing her hair.. tell her to move up! My daughter got in the car and she was so upset because they always make her look pretty at the end. I feel like I wasted money.. the hair cut, and the 10 tip I gave her because I felt bad we gave the other person more (he did awesome on my sons hair for the circumstances but even he wasn’t too good with a moving child, when once again I said that.) My whole thing is if you can’t accommodate someone, tell them, because now you're pushing away 6 customers for that 2 customer screw up just in my house alone . Explaining that you’re not sure if the person knows ethnic hair, and the person not knowing would of been alot better than what happened yesterday! Shame on you guys

Great hair stylist and great customer service

My 85 year old mother went in for a haircut last week. The gentleman that cut her hair said he was also a landscaper. My advice to him is he should stick with cutting lawns. Her hair looks HORRIBLE. It looks like he just chopped away with no direction. She has spots both on the sides and back that now look completely bald. Myself and the rest of her children feel terrible for her!!!

Worst experience. It's been a month and I'm depressed every time I see my hair

Terrible customer Service. The unkempt manager was completely unprofessional, bordering upon rude. Not to mention her hair looked terrible. That should have been my first clue. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

This place gave me the worest hair cut I have ever had. The guy who cit my hair did not ask me what I wanted done. Did not show me what it looked like when he was done. I found out why when I got home. I could have done better cutting it my self. I spent a whole ten mins in the chair and it looked like it. And cost me $19 to boot. I will never return to this shop. Not even if they offered free cuts.

The stylist provided input and transformed the bad cut I went in there with while keeping my length. The result was great. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The stylist curled my hair, and she said she would give me “big loose curls” and didn’t pray my hair at the end, now all of the curls fell out and my hair is straight again. I wouldn’t recommend getting it curled there

Unexpectedly in Cape May for a time and unable to return home to my regular stylist. Badly in need of a cut and color I took a deep breath and walked in. Amanda did an awesome job with both the cut and color!

Gerae did a wonderful job blow drying and styling my hair. She also showed and demonstrated a new hairbrush,flex dry, which I bought. Hope to have her next Sunday!
