- 8/5/22The absolute worst haircut and experience I have ever had. I showed her a picture of an extremely popular mens haircut. She told me she wasn’t sure how to achieve the look but started hacking anyway. She asked me a few questions about how I’d like to achieve the haircut to which I responded that’s why I came to a hair salon.. if I knew how to do it I would’ve done it at home. She proceeded to just keep cutting then when she had finished her master bowl cut said “maybe next time someone can taper it better” great, next time doesn’t help me. - 5/30/22Very poor customer service! I understand it's a holiday and the regular closing time was shortened to 1pm. I called to verify and this is what I was told. I arrived at 11:55am and when I walked in to an empty salon except for the 3 stylist I was told they were closed. I am a bilateral BK amputee and called ahead so not to waste my time. however .. the stylists are not up to par for what I took my two kids their for (boys) they had no idea what a shape up was nor that I had requested a fade done .. I’d send older people with very little hair here because it’s probably no change to their hair anyways ... but as far as them knowing what they’re doing they don’t ! I gave a second chance went back to get my hair lightened to blond , now I walked in light brown .. it came out orange !!! NEVER AGAIN !! - 8/9/21HORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Went to get some highlights done and wanted a little change to my hair. No foils literally only blobbed some product in my hair, came out no where near what I asked for, as I was getting hairwashed my water went in my ears and back of my shirt and face than my actual head. And still charged me but gave me 50% off. Sad these professionals they hire now a days. Would not recommend at all. No one there knows what they are doing.
