- 11/23/23I went in for a partial foil, color and cut on Sunday. My highlights have the base color throughout, literal spots of color and the highlights don’t go to the root, some aren’t even close. I’m really hoping they rectify this, because it’s bad.

- 9/17/23I went in for a shampoo and cut. I was told by the stylist they do not shampoo just sptiz with water....huh. The stylist didn't seem happy and it only was 10:14 am. - 6/25/23UNBELIEVABLE! I get a voicemail this morning that my scheduled stylist is out today.
I’ve been waiting a week to get my hair done!
When I called I was told the stylist is actually not out she was never scheduled! I told her I booked the appointment online & she said “oh we forgot to take her offf.” What’s the truth? I’ve had multiple disappointments with this salon & haven’t been back for over a year. Trying to give them another chance because Sammy is that good. Management is the worst! Review your appointments ahead of time not the morning of!

- 12/19/21Please don’t go here. Seriously, worst cut I’ve gotten in my life. The lady who cut my hair was Awilda. I made an appointment on the phone ahead of time & said I have really long hair & to maybe allow extra time for my cut. Person who scheduled my appointment said she’d add a bit of extra time. The day comes & I go in & say what I say every time I get my hair cut: that I don’t need it washed because it gets very knotty when shampooed. Every single time I get my hair cut the person doesn’t shampoo me & will spray it with a lot of water & detangler, then cut it that way. Never had been an issue for me in my life. But when I said I can’t have it shampooed, the lady said nothing & took me to the chair & botched my totally dry almost hip length hair in 10 mins. Mind you I have thick hair & asked for a cut, layers, & face framing angles. I also asked her please be gentle because my hair & scalp are sensitive. She RAKED through my hair, scalp was warm & throbbing afterwards. Lady was clearly in a bad mood from the jump & said nothing to me the entire time. I didn’t even get to look at my hair before I paid (yes, that’s my fault) & walked out. Then I looked at it in my car window & immediately went back in for her to fix. When I had looked in my car window I saw that it was much more uneven than it still is & seriously had random chunks of long hair hanging out past my shorter hair. So, after she “fixes” it I know it’s still botched but assumed it was maybe kind of okay & I was quite upset so I went home. Side note: this entire scenario took place over the course of only 20 minutes, that’s how fast she did my hair & then “fixed” it. Good thing she was allotted that extra time, huh! My boyfriend took photos for me & I realized just how bad it still was. He honestly told me he could’ve done better with the kitchen scissors. It’s a service I paid & tipped for! So I went back & said I need it redone please. I made a point to stay calm, nice, & polite. I’m not one to be confrontational so this was a huge deal for me to stick up for myself. Of course everyone was horrible & extremely rude to me. They were talking & whispering about me to eachother in front of my face! Then they told me the lady who did my hair is a seasoned hair dresser & never had 1 complaint & that it’s uneven because I told her it had to be cut dry. What?! All I said was it just can’t be shampooed because it knots very easily. Wouldn’t a “seasoned hair dresser” then tell me she’d have to spray it & cut it with water since it needs to be wet to be cut properly (which I already know)? I guess that didn’t cross their minds. I showed them the photos & they said it’s normal for the hair to be uneven when you bring it all to the front. Yes I am aware of that too, it’s called displacement but my hair was extremely crooked & lopsided lol. I told them that I had gone there before & they sprayed it down & did a good job (someone who no longer works there had done that previous hair cut). They 100% were trying to make it my fault that it was such a disgraceful cut. I said well regardless she took 10 minutes to cut my very long hair, it’s uneven which you can see by the photos so can I please get this fixed. One of the other workers goes oh yeah I could have cut you in 15 minutes so time really has nothing to do with it. Okay lol. In the end they told me they can refund me or I can come back for a free cut & a different person will make sure it’s even. So I said I’d come back & they booked that appointment. I get home & immediately get a call saying they can’t actually do that appointment anymore because a manager would have to be the one to redo my cut, not just a regular hair dresser. I think they knew that & just wanted me to leave the salon. So I asked if I could just get a refund. They said they might not be able to do it because no manager was there. They took down my name & number & are apparently trying to refund me. Still waiting to get that refund & will be calling back if I don’t get it soon. - 4/26/21Horrible customer service I called 4-26-21 at 11:59 am was given a 2 pm appointment that day, got there at 1:45 pm got out of my car read the sign called to say I was there was instructed that they would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes , 15 minutes went by got out of my car waited at door someone came out said give them 5 more minutes then by 2:30 I decided to leave at 2:35 they call me and ask if I still want my appointment what a joke and when I said I waited over 40 minutes she proceeds to tell me I guess you don’t work in the public and I need to have patients I work with sick people everyday of the week and then she hung up on me Customer Service right
- 1/16/21Madi has done my hair numerous times and I will go wherever she goes! She’s done numerous cuts,color, bayalage, deep conditioning treatments to my hair. My hair has never felt or looked better!!!

- 9/12/20I made my appointment a week early for a Saturday and the girl on the phone put me with Byrd. On my appointment date I showed up 10 minutes early and another girl informed me that Byrd was running late about 20 minutes, I couldn't wait inside because we're not aloud, and that she would come and get me when she arrived. I waited and waited and nobody came to tell me anything. I left exactly at 11.30am disappointed about the lack of care for the client. When I got home I called the salon and the girl lied to me saying that someone came outside looking for me when I'm sitting in my car in front of the dawn business.
I cannot believe that if they knew the hairdresser is late that nobody step up and tried to help. That's unbelievable and unacceptable!!
I know this for sure, I will NOT be going back there anymore. You lost a customer!
