- 2/23/23I had an awful experience at this location. My stylist Insulted my hair numerous times. She said “you must use dove” insinuating that was a terrible product. She told me time and time again how dry my hair was. The lack of common courtesy to not only give me the cut I requested but to insult me at the same time, is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. And, is it a new thing to cut hair dry? My hair wasn’t washed until after the cut and it was never cross check to make sure things were even. - 11/1/22For my first impression, Customer service needs work, the boss or the first station to the right when you walk in literally stared at me and said nothing, I felt as if my service was unwanted. I am a client of Dana Gaines and been a client for some years now and never had an issue with her nor her service, nor the salons she’s worked . This is not my first time in the salon, this is also not the first time this happened. Almost every time I walk in I don’t get greeted. - 9/1/21I brought my daughter in today to get highlights. We can not tell she got highlights. They were suppose to be really light blonde and her hair looks like nothing was done. The hair cut I got is so uneven, I have to wear a ponytail until my REAL stylist returns from maternity leave. Not that difficult- long layers!!

- 12/13/20I’m a regular and love the service and cuts I get 5stars, BUT I was blown away today by the 6$ cut increase. I can understand a $2 increase but WOW. Times are tuff I understand for everyone but cmon now. Maybe you should take a hard look at your increase
- 3/10/20Came in for a quick cut for my son. We usually go to salon in town but didn’t have time this week. Well, let’s just say I’ll never be back. Store was dirty and full of flies. My daughter was playing with gift cards and the younger woman behind the desk with a bandana in her hair and facial piercings rudely raised her voice to my 6 year old a saying they were not to keep. Seriously!!!!! My 6 year old has more manners then you! My daughter has epilepsy and the medicine she is on heightens her sensory and she Touches everything....who the hell do you think you are! There is too much competition and talent in this town to ever come back to this franchise!!! Teach your employees how to be kinder!!!!! Paige was great tho!!!
- 10/28/19My stylist Nichole was the absolute best!!!!! She was so professional and polite! She listened and colored and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it!! She is the best stylist I’ve ever had!!! I will keep coming back to her forever!! Best employee!! Love her. Thank you so much Nichole for making me feel the best I can be! Your the best ever!!!
