Well, my sons 19 YEARS OLD girlfriend did NOT have a great experience today. She had an appointment with a specific stylist at a specific time. She arrived 15 minutes early, went to go check in and waited patiently on her phone. There was clearly some dilemma or mix up, because there were people looking and CLEARLY talking about her. Moments later, she was told that the stylist would not be available for at least 45 minutes and she should probably see another stylist. She was willing to wait the 45 minutes for the stylist that she had been to previously AND had booked ahead of time. But they strongly suggested she see someone else. Meanwhile, this entire time she was spoken to as if she were a child. Confused and anxious she just said okay. Although she was happy to be seen even before her appointment time, it was not with who she had wanted. Why do they have the book ahead appointments if they are not going to honor it. Needless to say, it was not a good experience and although the hair cut was fine, it was NOT what she had originally wanted. A haircut should Never be stressful and unfortunately for her it was.
