- 9/12/23If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin? I booked an appointment for a perm and haircut and apparently NO ONE there knows how to perm. Perhaps they should actually tell the customer that! Got a perm here a year ago and it was great. The girl who took me didn't know how to roll hair or how to perm and I actually caught her reading the directions in the back room when she messed up my neutralizer. I have NO curl so I definitely didn't get a perm. This place is very unprofessional and shouldn't take on clients if they ADMITTEDLY DON'T KNOW all the procedures to work on hair! Absolutely ridiculous to destroy someone's hair. If you DON'T KNOW what you're doing get someone who does to do the perm! They should be ashamed. - 8/8/22I've been going to this location for 20 years.I will never step foot in this so called salon. Melissa's nails were so sharp and pointed I was poked in the neck 3 different times.The manager I'm guessing was training a new employee and continued to talk about herself after asking to speak with her she continued to insult my hair. - 5/16/22My daughter had her eyebrows shaped by Melissa. My daughter is fair with not a lot of hair. I brought her in to clean up underneath her brows. Which is what my daughter requested. She was in the chair for about 25 minutes. She was getting waxed between her eyes & above her brows repeatedly which she didn’t want or need. She’s 15 so didn’t speak up while it was happening because there was no way for her to know thar Melissa would continue to add wax where there wasn’t any hair. Also she missed clearly visible hair where she was asked to wax. Most seriously, she took skin off of my daughter’s eyelid where there’s no need to wax. Wax was in the crease of her eyelid which made it glued together when she tried to close her eyes, in her eye lashes and the corner of her eye by her nose. Melissa definitely needs more training when it comes to waxing the face and to listen to instructions. I’m not giving 1 star because we & other family members go for eye brow shaping and never have any issues. - 4/17/22I had a 12:30 appointment. Arrived on time, checked in. My stylist was still with another customer. When she finished, she took another person ahead of me. No apology, no explanation, didn't even acknowledge me sitting there. Then she spent more time just talking to the person she took ahead of me than she did actually working on her hair. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes from my appointment time, I gave up and left. - 8/17/21Will never step a foot inside this location again after 14 years going there. Setup an appointment on line for 3:00PM but arrived early because of getting my errands done early. Walked in with one customer in a chair and two stylist on duly was told since my appointment was at 3:00 I needed to sit down and wait until my appointment time at 3:00 I feel the employee was alittle cocky when telling me this , so I left and went down the street and was in and out in 20mins. - 3/19/19Terrible service from Devon. Took my son to this location for a haircut and the back of his neck got burned/cut by the razor. When she was done and showed me his hair cut I noticed the marks on the back of his neck and there was a small amount of blood showing. When I questioned her she said she couldn’t have cut him and that he must have done that before he came in. He had no marks on the back of his neck prior to going there. I was so mad I left. When I called to complain she was the “manager “

- 12/7/18I’ve been to this location a few times and have have decent service. This last time though wasn’t the greatest! As normal there were people currently being helped, and one of the stylists acknowledged me walking in and said she’d be right with me. But no one took my name or asked what I was looking to get done! After sitting there for a while another customer walked in and apparently had an appointment with that hair dresser. Again no one else acknowledged my presence. After another customer walked in and was greeted by an already occupied stylist, I decided to walk out! I may or may not return, depends on the service I receive at another haircut chain!
