By the time they were done, his hair was completely uneven, and I was missing another 3 inches that i wanted to keep with no layers. - 1/8/22I frequent your Fairless Hills, Pa location and have been doing so for over 10 years.
The level of professionalism that every associate that I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been off the chart. I have yet to have a less than spectacular experience at this location. From a customer service viewpoint from the time I enter the business unit it is time for me to say goodbye. I have received genuine, not rehearsed professional service every time. The culture that exists at this location is perfect please do not try to tweak it to make it even better. My advice, a formula that has worked for me leading teams in a high-performance customer service business for over 25 years. Worst service / Stylist so Unprofessional Took my 11 yr old daughter to get her hair cut - "senior stylist" (LOL) was so incredible rude. My daughter sat in her chair for 45 minutes and the stylist literally didn't say a single word to her the entire time. - 1/6/20Walked in and was told I had one person ahead of me. It looked like everyone in the shop was a family member or close friend of the stylists and they were taking their sweet time chatting and having a good time. They took in the person who I thought was ahead of me, and then two more people walked in, who the stylists all knew as well. Now the person ahead of me was done, and she was ringing them out, and told her friends to go sit, didn't look at me, didn't say a word to me, nothing. The haircuts at HC are mediocre at best, and I'll be damned if I have to sit and wait to pay for a haircut Stevie Wonder could do a better job on. If you didn't want my money, you should have told me to leave, instead of making me wait 30 mins, and then god knows how much longer so you could cut your grandson's hair.

Thanks Danielle - 11/14/18I've had Sue Ann doing my hair for several years. She is very good at what she does. She listens to what you want & she does it. She is also very good with doing color. I am always happy with my hair when she is done. Everyone is always pleasant there.
- 8/12/18On a whim I walked in for a cut & color (for the grays). I have not had a great salon experience for over 6 years, no one listens to what I want so I wasnt having high hopes. Jamie greeted me & talked about what I was looking for. This was a week ago and I am still in love with my haircut and my highlights. The blond is blended beautifully & I feel so pretty every day. I finally found a stylist & I couldn't be happier.

Fully professional staff and very friendly - 1/1/18Recently went to Hair Cuttery, Fairless Hills while in town to see my parents - I got a young girl named Hanna who straight away was rude. She was on her phone every five seconds, obviously too busy to hear me say. “Please dont use any products with cyclomethicone, i’m really allergic.” She nods her head and continues. She first washes my hair with cold water, there were still suds in it when I got up - at that point I asked for a new stylist and she stated no was else was available and that she was the only one taking walk-ins. She cut my ENTIRE head with thinning shears and then put a blow dry serum - contains cyclomethicone - on my scalp. The hives started to rise and that was it - I paid at the front and left - no tip. I’ve always loved hair cuttery because it was affordable and the girls were always trained to a standard. The quality has definitely gone down hill and I won’t be returned to the Fairless Hills or any other location for that matter.
