Was in need of a haircut,booked with Leah she did an amazing job. Love my cut.🙂✂️👩‍🦳

I'm sorry but the last 2 times I was the was horrible I was down in December and the woman made my hair a mess cut it so short you do anything with it and on the left side is a bald spot where she cut so short there's no hair the and they charged 40$ for this mess never again and I would not recommend any one to there

I love my hair dresser leah grace. She takes her time and she take pride of her job on my hair and very very clean .

I love the workers and the way they do my hair. The only thing that upsets me a little bit is how much you guys charge to do people's hair

When I arrived for my appointment with Leah, a young woman had just finished having Leah style her hair - and she looked amazing and was so happy with her hair! So, when Leah did my hair, I had big expectations, and she did not disappoint! I'm very happy with my perfect haircut!

Worst hair cut I ever had by a lady with 17 years experience. I showed her the pic of what I wanted. When I got home a took a closer look I found my hair to be butchered. Very very very bad experience. I will never go to one of these places again!!!!!!!

Jada was friendly, kind, and very professional. She took the time to ask questions and really understand what my needs were before starting. She stayed much later than scheduled to be sure I was taken care of. What a gem!

Master Stylist Pam at Hair Cuttery in Gap does a great job on my hair! I have thick hair and it can be hard to cut into a style that lays right , but Pam always knows just how to cut it! I always get compliments on my hair after she cuts it .

Not pleased that I gotta wait for a perm because they dont have enough of the product

Ziare did an awesome job on my hair! I went in not loving my current color but not knowing actually how to get what I envisioned. She collaborated with a coworker and I love my hair. Not to mention I felt like I was at a spa, I was so relaxed I was falling asleep.

My sister and I loved our experience with Em. She was so friendly and is very talented. We especially appreciated how she was willing to stay a little longer to make sure we were both taken care of and were satisfied. We loved our results and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend Em!

I was a walkin on a Saturday, May 5. and the line was long. i saw jessie was working so i put my name in. I was told it would be 20 minutes. After an hour I got my stylist. Despite the wait and the line behind me, Jessie took her time washing my hair, and discussed my cut. I was just there 3 weeks ago and was not happy. She took her time, making sure I got the service I needed. I love my cut. Jessie was the stylist who took care of me after my house fire when I just needed some normalcy.

I used to think of Hair Cuttery as a convenient, thrifty alternative to expensive salons. Unfortunately, they have really changed. Their prices took quite a hike-$26 for a shampoo, cut, blow dry. Also they're no longer convenient-offering call ahead reservations that don't really matter. They do not honor your reservation time. It seems they are trying to appear like a professional salon, but don't have the professionals working there to back it up. I had an appointment for 8pm and when I arrived there were 2 stylists working. Stylist A checked me in (I was early at 750) and stylist B was just finishing up a shampoo, getting her ready for a haircut. Stylist A took a client back and I patiently sat, knowing I was early. Stylist A finished with her client around 810 and still, I sat. Instead of taking me for my cut, she cleaned the salon-waiting area as well as styling area. Then she disappeared into the back. Stylist B finally finished with her client around 820, proceeded to clean her area, then she too, disappeared into the back without so much as a glance in my direction. I found myself sitting completely alone in the salon 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment. If Hair Cuttery is attempting to be a more professional salon, that's great, but corporate should inform the stylists. Personally, I would rather pay more money and actually get professional service someplace else.
