Late cancels - once when I was already inside and waited 20 mins.Gave them another chance - did it again.
The manager was unapologetic , stated the staff does janitorial work , cleaning windows , answering phones .Nor was any effort made to prioritize the rescheduling. - 9/26/21I’ve been going to a stylist at this location consistently (until Covid) for about five years. I returned in August for a color and a trim. The stylist was distracted and made a careless mistake and cut off half of my bangs. I was in a panic at the moment and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible, so I paid and ran out. The next day, I reached out to the salon manager for assistance correcting the problem and a refund. She wasn’t willing to do either, despite learning of the mishap from the stylist directly. Mistakes happen - I get that. What matters most is how a salon, or any business, will correct those mistakes. This business was willing to do nothing. I’m still living with the mistake. - 9/17/20Terrible Experience. How did Michael ever retain a customer. Somehow to him thin it out must mean cut it all off. He was spiteful because I said something about the unevenness of the rear trim on his prior customer. I believe he should never touch another scissor. I hate getting hair cuts just for this reason
I now live with this monstrous cut for weeks. - 8/15/18My last cut here was the worst cut I've ever had. Showed the stylist a picture and she did nothing even remotely similar. Just constantly talked about herself and did not pay any attention to what she was doing.

- 1/10/18Michele (that's Michele with one L.) colored my hair today. My hair looks great! In addition to the color, the styling also looks great! I will definitely be returning to this salon.
