- 3/31/23If you’re looking for layers, don't come here. Cut off way more than i asked and gave me choppy layers. Asked for my layers in the front got told i was going to have a mullet. Obviously doesn’t know how to layer hair properly. She didn’t blend the layers so you can see the guide cut and how its just a straight line across my head. Don't know what they are doing. - 9/14/22I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have too this time. I went to get my hair cut this afternoon on 9/14/22 and arrived early. The woman who did my hair had someone else in her chair. I overheard her ask if she wanted her hair washed and the girl said no. But during my haircut I’m assuming the mom came in completely irate complaining about the price. The girl who was doing my hair explained to her that the price is $24 with or without a shampoo and she offered to shampoo the daughter.The woman who I’m guessing was the mom automatically said that she wanted the girls name and that she was writing a review online. If you’re that mom reading this, I hope you’re embarrassed! You’re no better then a bully. The poor girl probably lost money since you got a refund. I will be coming back to this location and if corporate wants to talk to me they can. But if you’re reading this I hope you’re never allowed back there and you learn some manners. - 5/29/22Awful experience my 16 year old showed a picture & the young lady seemed like she understood. She even said we won’t take any off the top ! Wrong before my son could stop her she took a chunk ! To a 16 year or to anyone hair means a lot to him . - 5/21/22Thought I would give Hair Cuttery another try after about a year or so earlier I had a bad cut and color. Each time I showed pictures. Again I got a bad experience. Not at all or even close to photos. Highlights looked like full color and cut looked like a pixie. Went in with shoulder length hair and only wanted a trim. - 6/24/21Hair cut wasn't what I wanted, even showed a picture. My highlights turned out horrible. Very brassy. I asked please just don't let my hair turn out brassy looking. Well it was.
