The LACK OF PROFFESIONALIMS I experienced today is worth writing a review. I showed up to my appointment timely because I believe in respecting other people's time and to my surprise, the stylist I had scheduled my appointment with (Kohlee) failed to keep her appointment with me. I had scheduled my appointment with Kohlee two weeks ago and I even took time out of my busy schedule to make sure that I made this appointment and make it on time. I received at least 2 text reminders and 2 email reminders of my appointment scheduled for today. On the day of my appointment, after I had a waited for about 15 minutes because Kohlee was running behind with another client, I was then informed by another stylist (not Kohlee) that Kohlee couldn't take me or keep my appointment because she had other clients after me and taking me would put her behind with other appointments. I couldn't believe what I was hearing? I was there on time, I respected their time and kept my appointment and showed up on time, and now I couldn't be taken care of? Where is my time being valued here? They wanted me to reschedule to another day. I had plans for today that I had to push aside to keep my hair appointment because I respect and value hair stylist' time but they couldn't do that for me (a customer) When I asked if at least another stylist could take me in being that I was already sitting there (and could clearly see that there were at least 3 other stylist there available with no clients at that moment), I was told the the earliest I could be taken by someone else would be an hour later. How is this good customer service? Why does my appointment have to be pushed aside or be moved to another day by Kohlee so that she is not running behind with other clients? This is A COMPLETE DISRESPECT of my valuable time and POOR CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS. I wasn't offer an appropriate solution and I wasn't even offered apology by her for this issue that THEY created for me. Honestly, I felt a bit discriminated and unvalued as a customer. I will be contacting the general manager of this business establishment and will make sure to spread this unprofessional incident that occurred today with all of my local friends and family members in the area so that they become aware of what happened today. Hopefully I never have to visit any of Hair Cuttery again.
