- 5/14/22Truly terrible experience. Went to get my sons haircut for the 3rd time he’s ever got one. He will soon be 2. As soon as I sat in chair, the lady kept already saying how she needs him to be calm or she can’t do this. If you can’t cut hair for kids don’t attempt. The words that were said were truly terrible. Got up and left. I’ve gone to this one before and the lady before worked with my kid, this one had no interests from the start. I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital and cannot make appts.due to hected work hours. I was a good customer for many years until my hair cuttery location closed down. I arrived 10 minutes early, the woman that came up rolled her eyes and said “I guess I can take you” so i asked to use the bathroom. When i got out 30 seconds later she didn’t even say anything, she TOOK another walk in before me!!! Then i waited for the guy to finish 30 minutes later all to just say sorry i have someone else. So now it’s 6:45 and i have an appointment for 6. So now i was late to dinner and I got no haircut. - 1/14/20I had a very unpleasant experience 1-13-20 with my hair stylist. First of all it didn’t seem she was interested in taking me as when she was assigned me she deferred back to another stylist, then she did not seem to be able to understand that I wanted:”the roots of my highlight touched up.” I broke it down as clear as I could but she was not on the same page but told me she was. In the end I was unsatisfied and she told me “she liked it”... I’m the one wearing my hair and should be the one liking it not her!!! I was very disappointed and she left a bad impression on me of hair Cuttery
- 5/24/19I have scheduled an appointment twice. Both times I was told I can come in within 10-15 minutes. So I do. Both times I’m told there will be a wait about 30 minutes. Why would I call to schedule an appointment for ASAP to go and wait 30 minutes?
- 2/3/19I was just there and I have to say this is the worst experience I have had in years. So much so, I will take my business back to where I used to go when I lived in Northeast Philly. The guy could not cut my hair the way I wanted, did not trim around my ears or my neck good at all. At the top of your web page you say $12.99 for first time guest. This guy did not offer me that at all. I had to ask then he got mad that I did. I used to pay $6 in Northeast Philly for a way better experience than I had here. This haircut was not worth $1. Horrible customer service and horrible cut. Do yourself a favor and stay away!! I usually will not give a bad review of a company but this experience was just that bad. I am sure there will be no follow up but just take my advice and stay away.
- 8/21/18Could not be more disappointed. I have curly hair and asked for blended layers only on the last inch of hair. What I got was a shelf layer 3 inches up. I could have done this myself. Don't go there if your hair is curly!!!
- 3/31/18First time here, Joe cut my hair. I found my new stylist! Curly hair is very difficult to cut . You never know what you have until it's dry. WELL it dried and I love it! Perfect length & I will definitely be back.
