    Service is so completely hit or miss here. My most recent experience with Angie was the worst. She disappeared mid service to smoke without telling me how long I’d be sitting and returned smelling incredibly gross. When she went to rinse my color she missed the back of my head while shampooing/rinsing and tried to wipe the missed dye away with a towel? She then refused to at least condition the area when o asked stating “conditioning your roots will make your hair greasy”. Instead she spent time attempting to brush my hair from the root down causing damage. At this point i shut the service down so i could go home and condition my newly tangled mess when she tells me it’s only going to tangle worse as it dries? She then had the nerve to charge me for a long blowout which i didn’t realize until i get home and checked my account. What a ripoff.

    Fadwa is a pro!!! She is the real deal when it comes to everything hair! I have gone to many stylist and she listens, addresses your needs and over delivers! Ask for her you won’t regret it!     Devon is the absolute best!!! She turned my black hair box dyed (😮) into a lovely lighter color, explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. My best interest was her FIRST priority! Love her!!

    This was completely understandable. I mean, if I aged prematurely like a melting, rotting, engorged vegetable and my brain were full of excessive plaques as a result, I too would probably not be able to understand simple, basic instructions.

    2 times in a row now that i have checked in online with 0-15 min wait time and it has taken over 40 mins to be seen. I watched 3 women with open chairs take no customers for over 20 mins. They just sat and talked. Will be the last time using.
