- 4/15/22I have never had such a bad experience at a salon. I took my daughter in to get her bangs trimmed, which is typically a 5 minute job. It took two stylists and an hour for her to get out of the seat. We realized there were a bunch of long missed pieces, so the stylist attempted to trim them standing up at the register. - 2/20/22I was in a few days ago for my child and Alex did a lovely job. That is not why I’m leaving a review however. The other girl I believe her name is Stephany is the manager needs IMMEDIATE training. I overheard her bashing another stylist in front of a client. She complained about having a full book and being busy. I’m sorry but isn’t that the whole point of being a hairstylist?!?! I don’t know what going on in her personal life but she has anger issues and seriously lacks professionalism. She even got mad at Alex who was so kind to squeeze my child in while she was busy doing a color. She picked up a color bowl and literally slammed it in the sink and glared at this sweet other stylist. I always wondered what happened to the other stylists but if I had a manager like that I’d leave as well. - 8/19/21I raced to get to this appointment from work because they asked me if I could come in early and then when I got there I was told the person I scheduled with had to leave and another person(that I didn't schedule with and was not asked if a replacement was acceptable) was going to take me...I was told I had to wait until they were done with their customer which would have been my originally scheduled appointment. So, after racing to get there...I get 2 different stories (closing-low staff and emergency at home) why they couldn’t accommodate the appointment with the person I scheduled with…so, which is it...low staff or emergency 🤔 Extremely unprofessional! Needless to say I left and now I left work early and have no haircut. Made excuses to not finish the job because they were running late for next appointment they even complained about me n the phone when they called the next appointment to tell them to come later. - 1/27/21I visited Location at the Lebanon valley mall and Liana was my stylist, She was so helpful and exceeded my expectations, it was very clean and she wore a mask and colored and cut my hair, it was awesome, I love it... She really was one of the best stylist I have ever gone to....
- 9/16/19Lily did an amazing job with my hair. She listened and paid attention to all the details I was concerned with about my hair. The entire experience was perfect. She offered me hair care tips as well as goals we can work toward to achieve the color I eventually want to have but not damaging my hair through the process. Lily is friendly, professional, outgoing and I am impressed!
- 9/12/19Amazing all around! I stopped in on a Monday after seeing another salon for a consult only to be disappointed by the high cost of color treatment I wanted. Tia at the Hair Cuttery was SO nice, and their prices for the same service was half the cost. She scheduled me for Wednesday and worked on color correcting and changing my hair color for 5 hours and I LOVE my new color. She is knowledgeable, friendly and it was a great experience. I found my new stylist and salon.

The stylist didn’t seem to saturate my hair with much water, rinsed it a little, put a little conditioner on it, left it on for seconds! She trimmed my hair and blowed tried it. When I got home my hair was so dried out,

I’ll find a better salon who cares - 12/27/18First time there and very disappointed, went in for just a trim and shampooed before I went, told them they could wet it. Got a dry cut and around my neck looks like cat steps. Won't be goinf back.
- 5/21/18Went there to get a basic French braid, paid 20$ just for the girl to braid my hair and it was so loose, crooked and was falling out by the time I got home. I will never be going back for there services again. Lazy work and over priced
