I called for an appt they said 5:15pm today 7/23/22 I arrived at 5pm, I stated on phone I needed wash/cut/dry, I was very specific about what I needed. I get there and the client ahead of me was running late and waited an extra 15 minutes or so after 5:15pm appt. When that client was done the stylist complained about client. Still no biggie. I was then called back, she asked what I wanted, did not read the appt I said wash/cut/dry, she puts the cape on me and walks back to shampoo area, mumbled something about not having enough time to dry my hair, I stopped, I said if you can not wash/cut/dry like I requested then I am not doing this, she said sorry cant do it, not enough time. Now I already waited 15 minutes past my appt, now I am being told she cannot do what I need because she has run out of time, I then left the salon with no services because I was not wasting my money or tip on her because she did not have time to do what I requested, she did state who ever took the call and made appt did not indicate I wanted all three services, but I was very clear on the phone what I needed done. If this is the Hair Cuttery client standards and how we will be treated, I am out, I will take my business elsewhere, thank you. I did not get her name because I was not at her station long enough and did not see a name tag. There were only tow ladies working in the salon at the time. This salon is going to the dogs. Its a shame because it is close to my house but I will travel the extra distance now to go elsewhere
