- 12/17/22last week asked Sophya for the same blonde color that she has used on me for years. She made me a brunette. Made it clear I was not happy. No offer was made to make it right. Paid a lot of money for a color not of my choosing. Even put off my color to when she could do it as have been happy previously. - 9/12/21My friend’s comments are indicative of the kind of haircuts Donna does: They asked me if I had attempted to cut my hair and if I wanted them to try to fix it. They thought someone with no hair cutting experience cut their own hair and botched it.

Had great haircuts there before but this was the best . - 10/16/18Rude rude rude!!! Checked in on line and came in on time. Was rudely told that it would be a long wait bc there were only 2 stylist and it didn’t matter what the app said. Disrespectful to me in front of my child.
- 8/26/18Horrible, horrible service. I have never been so disappointed in customer service. Said it would be a 20 minute wait, but turned into over an hour wait. Never apologized. Two stylists hid out in the back room for 40 minutes instead of taking customers. Claimed that they were all “booked”. So so disappointed. Will NEVER go back.

- 11/25/17I just started going to Donna, I have known Dawn Marie for years. Donna did such a great job with my hair cut on Friday, went back on Saturday to get color. Donna is awesome and I watched as she was also so kind to her elderly clients. She is a treasure.
