Just moved here. Trying to make an appointment online…they don’t recognize my email (been using the app for years). Decided to call and make my appointment…no one could answer or pick up for 20 minutes. They don’t really seem too into making appointments. I went elsewhere. Crazy

I gave 3 stars since the stylist kindly corrected the bad haircut the next morning before I had to go into work. The length was uneven for both sides as well as the layering on one side. I tried to make an appointment to come back the same day to have it fixed but, after calling numerous times throughout the afternoon, I finally made an appointment online for first thing in the morning so I wouldn't have to go to work with uneven hair. When I returned this morning to the same stylist, she kindly fixed the haircut and, even though it is much shorter than I had initially wanted, it turned out well in the end.

I never write bad reviews but today's experience was terrible. I had to young girls get trims and a blowdry, I was under the impression from booking online that it was a particular price but I was not aware that since their hair was slightly longer the cost increased considerably. I paid more for their haircuts today than I have ever paid for one of my own. They were also very rude about it. We will not returning.

Rachel is hands down the best colorist & stylist I have had in years. She took her time to understand what I wanted and took even more time making sure my hair looked amazing which it does. Arielle recommended my daughter get a keratin since she blowdries her own hair and it is always frizzy. We’ve done keratins in the past and they were too pricey and didn’t last. The Hair cuttery has affordable prices for a usually expensive service AND whatever he did, it lasted and her hair has never looked and felt better. Also the cut was beautiful! Arielle’s our guy, we will definitely be back!!

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. When used properly, Barbicide® is EPA registered to kill surface germs, fungi and viruses, including Hepatitis B, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the common cold and the human coronavirus.

To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
