Just moved here. Trying to make an appointment online…they don’t recognize my email (been using the app for years). Decided to call and make my appointment…no one could answer or pick up for 20 minutes. They don’t really seem too into making appointments. I went elsewhere. The length was uneven for both sides as well as the layering on one side. I tried to make an appointment to come back the same day to have it fixed but, after calling numerous times throughout the afternoon, I finally made an appointment online for first thing in the morning so I wouldn't have to go to work with uneven hair. I had to young girls get trims and a blowdry, I was under the impression from booking online that it was a particular price but I was not aware that since their hair was slightly longer the cost increased considerably. I paid more for their haircuts today than I have ever paid for one of my own. They were also very rude about it.
