My reviews are usually always good but my last appointment was disappointing. My stylist called out sick and I couldn't reschedule my son was getting married that night. so they did squeeze me in with another stylist. I just wanted it washed and a blowout, with lots of bounce. Since I wasn't getting it cut I was told it would cost $23 with a little extra if an iron was used. Well I was charged $41, at the time I thought that was expensive but didn't have time to argue. Plus I gave her a tip. I like Haircuttery, it's close and convenient and I use to really love Shai, she knows exactly how to do my hair, from start to finish. Trying to find someone like her is becoming impossible.

Exceeded all my expectations! Better than a high end salon! I believe my hair stylist name is Stacy, she mentioned she been there over 20 years. I might have her name wrong and I hope I don’t. We mutually shared love in polish food and she recommended me to her favorite place. Anyhow she performed a miracle on this tired head that’s for sure. Love all the stylists I’ve come to have at the Fishtown crossing one . Wen first started going I wasn’t sure just wat I wanted and some days still don’t lol but my stylist Tracy I look forward to my visits I always get a straight answer regardless of it’s wat I wanted to hear but I’m never rushed , Tracy thinks outside the box and she will not let you leave unhappy , having Tracy as stylist is having another friend , and she’s a genius with color ,
Also I love how the stylists if they have a problem or need advice get help or ideas from fellow stylists . The one issue I don’t much like at the Hair Cuttery is the SINKS !!!!!!! FOR US TALL PPL WE NEED HIGHER SINKS LOL 😝 PLEASE

Great hair salon, great people! I had so much fun during my visit. Melanie was great, she was so professional!! I wasn’t sure what to do with my hair, Melanie stepped in and she says I should go from brunette to blond. She wasn’t afraid to take a risk, she was so natural, she absolutely knew what she was doing. I Absolutely love my new hair!! It came out great. Great new summer look!! Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
