- 2/20/23I had a 1:00 appointment for highlights, wash, blow dry, and cut on 2/20/23. I have no color on my light brown hair. My hair lifts quickly, I’ve been doing highlights for years. It took 1.5 hours for the foils to go in. I should have trusted my instinct to leave when the foils kept falling out of my head onto the floor. At 3:30, my stylist said that I was pulling brassy and he wanted to redo the bleach. I sat and allowed him to redo all of the foils with fresh bleach. I then sat and allowed him to put a 3rd round of bleach on my head. Eventually at 4:20, I got frustrated because I had another appointment and asked if we could just wash the bleach out so I could go. I left without a hair cut or blow dry. I left with a dripping wet head and had to brush my own hair in the car. After paying that much, my hair wasn’t even brushed after the sink before leaving. I got home and was able to dry it and part through my hair and I have harsh lines all over my head. 4 different color yellows. I have patches of hair where the root starts brown, 4 inches of yellow, and the mids/ends are brown. And I still have 3 inch roots! After 3.5 hours and 3 rounds of opening foils with fresh bleach to “fix” it! I am so disappointed. - 1/14/22I had been a customer of this location for a very long time but after today never again. My last two occasions were horendus. One time I was there with Prudence who walked into the store a half hour my appointment was scheduled. I then learned more about her life and family, including her gastric bypass and the fact that she is going through menopause, then I had on a first date with any person in my life. It was the most uncomfortable hair cut ever. Then today I was suppose to get a hair cut by Poppi I believe his name is. He was cutting the hair of a man with barely any hair. Another male customer came in with a full head of hair. He was finished his haircut and out the door while Poppi was still on the same client and I was waiting. I think it's possible he was cutting each hair on the man's hairs individually. - 8/23/20I scheduled an appointment for 2pm for a coloringsession. I arrived at 1:50pm and waited patiently outside. Two stylist were outside complaining about another stylist and how hair coloring sessions take too much time and they're there to make money. Then, a third stylist came out and started vaping . A fourth stylist who was leaving, the came to join the complaining session. I spoke to one of the stylist to ask when I would be seen for my appointment. She said someone will be out soon. At 2:30pm, someone had come for their haircut and was taken right in. I promptly left.
- 7/29/20I'd give 0 stars if I could! This location has some of the rudest people I ever encountered, especially Kelley! I had an appointment for a hair wash, which I suppose wasn't costly enough because Kelley decided to let me sit there for 45 minutes while her current client decided to ADD color to their appointment. Instead of washing me or having someone else do it, she let me sit there with no apologies. To make matters worse, the entire salon was empty and not one of the employees asked if they could help me. I wound up walking out without getting anything done. I'll never go back there! Avoid Kelley...she is extremely rude...that is unless you're getting color done!

- 6/24/18For the money I wouldn’t return, the fee price for long hair is high! I can get my hair, wash/ blowout for $20, you charged $27 crazy! First and last time! It’s a shame too cause the lady was very nice and the blowout was done very well.
