I had Nikki as my stylist and she is the best! She is always pleasant and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend her! She is a great asset to your company.

I usually go to a stylist at salon and get my roots colored. It costs me $35. It cost me $47, too expensive. Andrea went to mix the color and then must have gone out for a smoke cause she didn't return for a while and I'm asthmatic and I started coughing when I smelled strong smoker smell. Didn't know how to handle that. Then the front of the roots on my forehead area was still gray after one hour of sitting with the dye. Then the stylist told me that she brushed it on. I saw it but told her in the beginning before she that it was resistant grays in the front. Then I asked her to put a little of the remaining color on the gray and went home like that. I was expecting a discount since that happened but I was charged the full rate. I didn't even bother asking. I probably won't go there any more.

I came in for a blowout because I could not due to pain in my back and arm. I showed a picture of how I wanted it; not straight but with a slight curl on the end in the front. I didn't get that even after stating I wanted a curl. I was charged the deluxe price of $27 which I thought I was going to be charged the classic $17. They should inform of the price prior. I was also told that my hair is not cut correctly and damaged and that's why its frizzing. I spent $30 and am very unhappy and had to fix it myself in pain!!!!

In the middle of getting my hair done, the fire alarm went off. Had to evacuate the building, we went outside and it was cold out. No one knew what was going on. When they realized it was a false alarm, we went back inside the salon with the fire alarm sound still on. The firefighter came in asking the staff if they knew where the off button was located. No one had a clue. My hair was getting processed with the alarm still going off. The sound went off finally when I was almost done.

She wasn't listened to what my girlfriend and i were saying. She didn't blend my hair good. The cut was messed up.

My hair cut was horrible the girl was shy and timid and didn’t listen to anything I said on what I wanted for the hair cut, the cut was uneven and she didn’t know what was part of the value package I purchased. She was very kind but seemed as if she was new and didn’t know anything, when I asked her how long she’s worked there she said a little over a year, I was shocked! returned to a different salon to get my hair fixed and had a woman named Kate who was amazing and fixed my hair I will definitely return to her and that salon before the other one!
