I wish there was a zero. Went for a scheduled appointment, the person was late, rough during entire treatment, literally tore hair out, then took a walk in leaving me with uneven wet hair. It was a nightmare but I was awake. This was months ago. Apparently it can still be seen, someone at work said something Thursday. Yikes.

My husband went in for a haircut at this location. Usually, he goes to a different location where people treat him as a human. This place was so rude to him. No greeting or acknowledging he even came into the salon. Mostly because of the color of his skin (that’s the only thing was different from others). He was very disappointed with the haircut. The person who cut his hair didn’t even ask if he’s satisfied with his cut. Some people think if you’re a certain color, they think they are better than everyone else. Treat people how you want to be treated. Don’t judge others by the color of their skin, their appearance or how they communicate. I hope the corporate will see this comment and train their employees how to treat their customers.

been getting my hair done here for years. the same every time buzz cut 4 on top 3 on the side $17 this time 24. i showed receipt from the last time $17 all i got was sorry. we have 8 people that get their hair done here not anymore

I had my hair cut here a couple of days a ago.I have thick wavy/curly hair. I asked the stylist for about a 1/2 inch off the bottom and long layers. The result was horrendous! She did opposite of what I asked for. She cut short layers on the top and crown of my head and then thinned the few long hairs left at the bottom of my head down to the point of being straggly straight wisps of hair. Then she cut bangs that are halfway up my forehead, like a kindergartener! I walked out of the salon with a 1970s Carol Brady cut! I sat in the parking lot a cried for about a half hour. I still want to cry every time I walk past a mirror. I will probably take me a year to get some semblance of my hair back.

Always receive a top notch haircut and great conversation from my hairstylist, Colleen. To be honest if it wasnt for her I wouldn't be there, I feel $26 for a basic mens haircut is a bit too high.

So Happy! My mother Saundra was scared to try a new hair salon. My senior mom has beautiful long hair and the grays were overtaking her mostly blonde, with some brown mix. The last salons she tried were very expensive, didn't seem to care about her or understand what she wanted on how to cover and blend those grays. I live in NJ and use a Hair Cuttery near me for years, so suggested the one near her. Her new stylist Patty was friendly, experienced, professional and kind. My Mom said she did a better job than anyone she's ever been to and at a great price! The whole staff was friendly and it showed how they cared about each other and the customers. My mom would give 10 stars if she could! Thank you Patty for taking such good care of my mother, she was extremely satisfied and will be back! Sincerely, her daughter Suzanne :)

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
