My first experience at the Hair Cuttery waa great! Had an appt with Rose and she was wonderful!
I have tried for the last few weeks to contact the store for an appt and could get through. No idea why.
I made an appt with Barb and went in I today for a haircut. When I arrive today I signed in and waited. A stylist comes to the desk and calls my name and I walk towards her and was directed to a chair. She tells me her name is Jess. She then asked what I was looking for and I answered her. I'm then told that Barb was running late; had another customer come in,ON THE WRONG DATE and was upset so Barb made the decision to push me off on someone else! The stylist taking care of me was left to explain that to me! I had a confirmed appt! What I should have done was apologize to the stylist and walk out! The haircut is Ok; not what I wanted but I have had worse!
I will not be returning! Apparently, because Barb did not know me and had never cut my hair, it was Ok for her to shove me off on someone else! Great way to build your clientele! Clearly, you do not need my business and I will not be returning if this was the last place standing to get your hair cut!
You need to add minus ratings on your scale! That would be more appropriate for today!
