    Worst possible experience. Asked for 1 1/2 inches off with long layers. Left with 4 inches off and botched layers. Contacted about getting a refund and was hung up on by both the manager and district leader multiple times. I was offered a refund by check and never received it. Never coming back to this nightmare of a salon.

    My daughter just got her haircut for the 1st time at this hair Cuttery location. She was six minutes late because she went to the other Warrington location by mistake. The women were extremely rude to her for being a little late and making snide remarks during her haircut. Also, the hair cutter didn't cut her hair as she had requested. She came home so upset and unhappy with her haircut. We will not be going back there. What a shame to be treated so rudely and unprofessionally.

    Great customer service! All the stylists are friendly. My stylist, Kaila, is a rockstar! I absolutely love having her do my hair because I:can tell she puts her heart into her work!

    There is no precautions for Covid. No stylists wearing masks, few customers wearing masks, no hand sanitizer in sight and I never see anyone wipe down chairs etc. I will not return for a few months. Maybe not even then. And I am a WEEKLY customer. Manager was rude to me when I asked why they were not wearing masks and argued with me.

    My daughter's hairdresser passed away. She decided to try Hair Cuttery because she received a coupon. Her hair is long and curly, so they tried to upcharge her instead. They did not honor the coupon or listen to her request. Chloe, the distracted stylist on her phone, decided to frame her face instead of just trimming. My daughter decided against having this young woman dry or style her hair and is now sobbing about how much she hates her hair.

    Absolutely terrible. I told the woman who was cutting my hair that I did not want her to a lot cut my hair at the top. She proceeds to cut of my curls and cutting off almost all the hair I had on the top of my head. She left me with a bowl cut. I will never be going back to a hair cuttery ever EVER again.

    Horrible Color!!!!
    I asked the stylist to dye my hair my natural brown color and to add CHUNKY CARAMEL HIGHLIGHTS. She totally changed my hair color.
    I walked out of the salon looking like an 80-year-old woman with “frosted” hair.
    So disappointed & embarrassed. Not only wasted money, now I have to re-process my hair to fix it. I will never go back there again.

    Chloe did a great job on my last visit, as always. She gave me some new highlights and a really cute short cut. I was nervous about going short, but she was excited and made my totally comfortable. And it turned out great!
