- 8/10/22Rating 1.0I have (had) been a HC client at this location for several years, as well as all six of my children, and I had a particular stylist that I really liked, Heather, who moved to another location awhile ago. I tried continuing to see another stylist at this location but after making several appointments that were abruptly bumped to another time or day, I quietly stopped going....
BUT A RECENT experience broke the camels back! My daughter booked an appointment at this HC (Queensgate Towne Center, York, PA) SEVERAL days in advance for a perm and asked for the time off at her job. She worked all summer to save up for this perm and was super excited! She received a text the NIGHT BEFORE from HC that her appointment was "called off" and they were unable to rebook an appointment for that day--no phone call, just a text) She is so disappointed and so am I.

Had someone with no experience… or at least that’s the service received
Had to find another place to go and get my hair fixed
The associate McKenzie didn’t listen to me even when I mentioned my hair was uneven and half was not blended
The back was supposed to be layered… chopped and butchered was more like it at the end!
