Hair Cuttery Team - 8/23/22I just left the location and I was surprised to see it was even open as there was no AC running in the place. Come to find out its been out for a week and the GREAT staff is working away in these unbearable conditions. I would have walked out but had to get my hair done for an event this week.
I felt so bad for my awesome stylist, Kidist, to even ask her to flay iron my air as I can tell she was really hot but she was happy to provide great service even in these conditions.
PLEASE think more of the GREAT team you have there and at least accommodate them with better fans so they can work more comfortably. I have since found another terrific stylist at another Hair Cuttery nearby. Hair Cuttery Team. - 10/10/21Your "Walk-ins Welcome" sign needs to be removed. I felt very unwelcome during my visit this afternoon. The sign-in kiosk was not working, but a male stylist told me to take a seat and someone would help me. Just as he was free another walk-in came in and he took him ahead of me. I complained. The stylist turned to another stylist and said, "She will take you." She replied,"I'll take you." Then a woman without an an appointment walked in with a man who had an appointment. He went to his appointment and she took the woman. I complained again. The stylist ignored me, so I walked out feeling very unwelcome. - 7/6/217/2/21 I have been going to Lam for years. He is very professional and provides excellent service. After my recent visit, I received several compliments on my summer cut. He also is very safety conscience by wiping down the station and sanitizing his cutting equipment between each customer. - 6/2/21Went this passed Saturday for a scheduled appointment with Donna and upon arrival she was in the middle of someone else color treatment and never acknowledge my appointment. I asked for the next available stylist who did a poor shampoo and roller set! Stayed under the dry for almost two hours which wasn't necessary but the stylist decided eat a late lunch so I had to go and look for her. I was told a wash and set was $22.00 dollars only to be told they are under new management and the cost would be $32.00 a $10.00 difference! Before the pandemic the cost at this salon was $22.00 for wash and set. The prices listed on the their website is deceiving and the stylist priced a simple chin length half washed and roller set at $32.00 I was extremely disappointment in the service and the stylist! - 4/18/21This company is under new management. It has raised prices significantly, which is not its worst issue: it no longer allows a client to bring his/her own products, i.e., color. I will no longer use Hair Cuttery unless it changes the latter policy.
