- 10/14/23Sue has cut my hair for more than 15 years and always does an amazing job. She always asks me what I want, checks with me on the length throughout the cut and does such a professional job - at a great price. Very happy with services recevied from Haircuttery!
- 4/17/23Do not go here. I wanted to get a full color but the lady said that wasn’t an option okay fine, so I settled with just a hair cut straight across. Nothing special or difficult. She made so many knots in my hair and was flipping my hair in so many directions creating even more knots, and no stylist has ever done that in my entire life. She asks me if the length is better as she is still cutting and hasn’t showed me anything.. sure let me look at the back of my head w no mirror that’s definitely how that works. Then, she’s “finished” and it’s not even the same length across, and she didn’t take off as much as I wanted. I finally get through this awful hair cut, and get ready to stand up just for her to lift the cape incorrectly and put hair all over me. Everywhere. I’m beyond ready to leave, but have to stand at the register for 10 minutes because they tried charging me $109 for a haircut. Switched registers twice, and finally figured it out. I tried to forget about it but when I finally get a chance to really look at it ITS STILL NOT ONE LENGTH. It looks botched, and like I did it myself with no mirror. Do not come here it’s a mess. I called afterwards and asked to speak to a manager, and they told me it’s company policy to not have anyone in charge so there’s no one to speak to, and I’m not allowed to speak to the stylist according to them. Hair Cuttery Team - 3/30/23Normally I would give a 5 star rating because I have always been satisfied. today when I called to amke an appointment for Sat April 1st, the receptionist told me that she will have to call me back after she researches who will be available to take me. My usual young man is no longer with them. I find this very annoying and since I am 84 years old and have never once had this happen before I am very surprised. She did highlights on my mom’s hair and she did an excellent job whenever she has done my hair she does a beautiful job. She is an excellent hairstylist. Hair Cuttery Team. - 9/22/21Absolutely worst customer service. I made an appointment online for a shampoo and cut for 5:45 pm today with any available stylist. I arrived at 5:36 pm. One man was ahead of me with no appointment and a stylist was checking him in. When the stylist asked if I had an appointment, I said, “Yes, at 5:45.” She looked up my name and at first, told me I was late for my appointment but then said I was an hour early. When she let me look at her screen, I pointed out my name and correct time of 5:45pm which was right there at the top of her screen. She told me to wait anyway, and took the walk-in back. I wait. Another man then walked in at 6:00pm and struck up a conversation with a stylist he obviously knew. She was just finishing up with another client. She then offered to take him next, never even acknowledging that I had an appointment and had already been waiting over 20 minutes. I left and will never return to this Hair Cuttery. They may cut hair well but they lost me with this horrendous customer service. - 4/13/21I was treated very rudely by staff today. I booked an appointment for 10:30 am. In the past when I booked an appointment, they took me right at the scheduled time. Today I waited about 10 minutes. This annoyed me a little. But what really made me angry was that after one of the stylists finished a customer, she asked me my phone number. As I started to give my number, she turned her back on me in the middle of my answer and walked into the back.
One of the other stylists said something to her at the time, but this is not an excuse for her to turn her back on me in the middle of answering a question she had asked me.
Also I called and asked for a manager. I was told the manager didn't work there, and I proceeded to try to tell the receptionist that I was treated rudely. She immediately said "OK, goodbye" and disconnected our call.

- 2/27/21My family and I are longtime clients of Celeste, she’s GREAT! But my last few visits have me questioning why I go to this hair cuttery??lYesterday I walk up to the desk and Mia (I think) doesn’t say hello or Hi only acknowledgement received was ,”do you have an appointment “ didn’t ask my name or who the appointment was with,I said yes she proceeds to turn her back on and count money. .After about a minute of me standing at the desk I go to sit down. A few minutes later another stylist comes out asks me my name and who I have an appointment with,she goes and tells Celeste .
The front desk lady is going to drive customers away from this location, she feels/acts like I’m interrupting her day by getting my hair cut .

This was my first time here and as soon as I walked in there were 2 women sitting at the desk who did not acknowledge me at all, one looked at me and looked away, the other was on the phone, she saw me but said nothing. I was about to leave when Celeste, the stylist came to the front and asked if she can help me. I would have given 5 stars if the front desk had better customer service. - 7/23/20Could you please ensure your phone/text service is operational? I had an appointment at the Hair Cuttery/Kingstowne yesterday. Per instructions, I texted when I arrived. I waited 15 min in my car for response. I then called regular phone # and was told system wasn’t working and to enter salon. I understand there may be glitches. However, you’re encouraging customers to return.
- 7/11/20I made an appointment today 9am. As they have a new system due to the virus i got several emails saying when i get there text the number . I did 3 times finally 930 i called the lady told me i should have came in because the system is done. How am i suppose to know that. She said she saw my name so if she knew the system was down why didnt someone call me. I am so angry .
