Absolutely worst customer service. I made an appointment online for a shampoo and cut for 5:45 pm today with any available stylist. I arrived at 5:36 pm. One man was ahead of me with no appointment and a stylist was checking him in. When the stylist asked if I had an appointment, I said, “Yes, at 5:45.” She looked up my name and at first, told me I was late for my appointment but then said I was an hour early. When she let me look at her screen, I pointed out my name and correct time of 5:45pm which was right there at the top of her screen. She told me to wait anyway, and took the walk-in back. I wait. Another man then walked in at 6:00pm and struck up a conversation with a stylist he obviously knew. She was just finishing up with another client. She then offered to take him next, never even acknowledging that I had an appointment and had already been waiting over 20 minutes. I left and will never return to this Hair Cuttery. They may cut hair well but they lost me with this horrendous customer service. What’s the point of even making an appointment if two walk-ins are taken ahead of me?
