Jocelyn has been cutting my hair for 7years. She knows exactly how I like my hair cut including changes during different seasons. She now cuts my children’s hair. Phenomenal person.

My hair cut was done by Lee. She works at the Hair Cuttery on Little River turnpike adjacent to the Safeway. In Annandale, VA. I had not gotten it done by her before and she cut it how I wanted it to be! Stoping, to ask at times, as she did. I will try and get my hair cut by her again I also like how Tao cut my hair, the 1st time I came to this location.

I’ve been going to see Eman for years. She is the best hair professional I have ever had. I will only allow her to take care of my hair because she makes it perfect every time!! Eman is so good that she is usually booked up every week. She is such an asset to the Hair Cuttery brand.

Before I even sat in the chair, I told the lady that I didn’t want my hair to look orange. I wanted my hair to be blonde. Needless to say, the whole top of my hair is very orange, I now look like a partial red head. I told her I didn’t like the color and she offered to sell me some purple shampoo, I already have the shampoo. While my haircut was great, she shouldn’t be doing anyone’s hair from darker to lighter. I paid quite a bit of money for this mess on my head and the lady was just worried about getting a tip. At no time did she offer to fix it, or for all I know if she even knows how. It looks ridiculous and I’ve been wearing a hat when I leave the house cause it’s so bad.

Stylist did not cut my hair the way i wanted. She also barely spoke English and was not that friendly.

This is the 2nd time in less than a year at two different hair cuttery locations that I had the unfortunate experience of having my hair cut by persons that don’t even know how to hold scissors or cut hair or blend. Basic, foundational skills are missing. In the end I had another stylist jump in and give me a haircut. This last visit Twety jumped in and took care of it. She knew what she was doing and kind. The first stylist has no business cutting hair.

Once again Eman has delivered exactly what I want. Which was even more difficult this visit bc going into my appointment I still wasn’t 100% sure about I wanted done. This did not deter Eman at all. She walked me through what she was thinking and basically told me all the different options and when I was stuck between two very compelling options then offered to combine the two. I am in love with my hair. And it’s so refreshing to say that as I feel I have spent most of my life at best tolerating and at the worst hating my hair. Once again Eman has transformed me! I have purple hair y’all! And I love it!
